Toffee - I am not a de-ramper. I hold what is, for me, a lot of money in these shares. I’m just saying that I don’t support the options.

The problem with you, Toffee, is that if anyone dares to disagree with you they are instantly attacked. You may wish to think about your strategy. It’s rude, offensive and doesn’t work.

The rug has not pulled the rug under anyone, Silver. The fact that they have awarded themselves options isn’t necessarily a good thing. There will be a lot of dilution if it (temporarily) reaches the option price. My personal view of options - which I am entitled to have having experienced it elsewhere - is that it encourages companies to create short-term spikes in the share price so the option holders succeed. That is not necessarily good for long-term shareholders.

It’s up to Guzzler whether he does or doesn’t sell up.

He can be positive or negative if he wants to be.

Maybe he sees long term hope but is critical at current
progress …that’s pretty much where I am.

I genuinely hope that everyone gets what they can out of this shambles before they go bust.

I assumed that - if we are bought out - everyone would be bought out on the same terms.

I doubt that MM will accept a low offer of £1 to £1.25 given that he has previously - correct me if I’m wrong - turned down offers in the region of £1.75.

I agree. I’m relaxed as to whether a bid does or doesn’t materialise this time. If it does - happy days. If it doesn’t - others will emerge, as they have before, in the months ahead. I’m happy to sit tight.

I don’t think they deserve the options - given the woeful share price - or think that it will act as an incentive. I’m sorry if that makes anyone angry.

Duffers is an opportunist who failed. He just wanted options and warrants but isn’t a businessman.

Cave - on the other hand - is a crook. He should be in jail. He’s misled us all. Hopefully his career will be over after this. Nobody will ever forget.

NNN products may (or may not ) be groundbreaking. That’s not the issue. The issue is that nobody wants the product. That combined with far too many salaries and astonishing cash burn has led NNN to where it is. Gareth Cave and Duffers should hang their heads in shame. What a mismanaged shambles.

Why would anyone want to buy nnn? Had they been interested they would have bid before it reached this point.

3 months on… with 4 weeks’ funding left… the negotiations have yet to lead to anything. Thanks for the info.

Sinden - how do you know that? It’s great if true but the company has 4 weeks’ funding left. It has to be within that timeframe.

Castle - the share price didn’t rise today, did it? Like almost every other day.

I cannot understand why people ‘believe’ in this investment. We’ve been hearing the same thing for over a year about deals. partnerships and amazing ideas. But it’s rubbish. All of it. Vague, unsubstantiated rumours. Full stop. It’s too late now - million of pounds have been spent in salaries and misadventure. I’m furious with Cabe and Duffers

Nobody in their right mind would buy NNN. Even if you’re a trader the risks are enormous… the shutters are likely to come down within weeks. Gareth Cave and Duffers have ruined peoples lives. I lost a huge amount. I don’t want anyone else to suffer. That’s why I’ve been posting these last few days.
