The BOD couldn't care less about the shareholders otherwise they would have issued a statement the day after the deal fell through. They have known for a long time the deal was a non- starter and led everyone a merry dance.

Why should it cause a dip it's not bad news and its not ORRs fault. Everytime there has been a dip it has never gained back anything regardless of what the news has been. Is it any wonder people whine.
