JM and MC, sittin' in their money tree31 Oct 2022 13:01
A stark reminder that investing really is about timing. Neither MC nor JM have been effective at leveraging our position whatsoever, which is what I find to be most disconcerting. I nearly cut my losses @33p after bag holding since 2018 at over 45p as, deep down I knew that the swing back downward was inevitable - if Condor has proved anything in the last ten years it's that it is simply incapable of holding value.
Remember, Jim Mellon said the Euro would be dead in the water by 2015. Perhaps he does have a crystal ball, it's just a bit, off?
Either way, I digress. 53% down, now needing 100% growth (SP to DOUBLE!) to just break even is an uncomfortable place to be on an initial £50k investment. This could have been a great share - the opportunity is golden - but the lack of ability by this board to get us to production, or secure financing, with their experience and after all this time just doesn't make sense.
I'll be out when this hits 30p, and frankly, will sleep better for it.
