SP of £1.80 is less than 18m, with Winston nailed, drilling nailed on and 4 shots at a Tier 1 discovery.

If the MRE shows $1 billion metals in place averaging 60% recoverable rates across the basket - then is a £35 MC not fully justified - even arguably conservative. And £5-10 (£50-100m MC) once fully financed ????

And then we only need Awkward, Wishbone or Dotted to come up with the goods to be talking big bucks.

This isn't fantasy - yes, we do probably need about 20km of drilling on Obonga to fully prove up a Multi Deposit District VMS gate - and/or about another 5-10k drilling @ DL. But I think the major players will be opening their cheque books long before that happens - and paying a premium for the pleasure.

Winston first and then 4 shots at the big prize - if one hits the jackpot then a 50 bagger is possible. If more than one hits 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🇨🇦

Silver Lake is an identical "Rinse and Repeat move" that Cottesloe was 2.5years ago. In fact they may as well cut and paste the RNS's. Huge potential that always come to nothing and drain more funds. More dilutions, share consolidation but provide a comfortable lifestyle for RP, and the advisors, contractors etc - without shareholders getting any real detail about where all the raised cash has gone. The authorities should have pulled the plug on Wishbone when they suspended it and thrown RP in jail.

Bally's probably thought twice due to the political uncertainty in the UK and total incompetent Labour Government set on destroying the UK and making it totally uninvestable. Bally's may come back with a hugely reduced take it or leave it offer, or no offer at all. Unfortunately that leaves Evoke's future uncertain at best and the SP will reflect this. I expect a decision either way in the next 10 days - We have the AGM on deadline day and it is unthinkable that both can take place at the same time.

Below 30 and it is maybe worth a punt as a TO will be worth a bigger % rise than the drop will be if Bally pull out w- but the fact that no entity or larger investor is taking a position here for a quick profit on any TO may tell its own story.

If you think Bally is a good investment then buy their shares now.

I personally think their is around a 50% chance that this TO happens - although Bally may decide to drop the final offer a little. If it does happen then we obviously head pretty close to the offer price - if it falls through then its back to the teens.

I you are looking to recoup, then Panther Metals are far more likely to multi bag on four seperate fronts than Nio or Pony - but thats only my opinion.

Not correct. Barcalys, HL etc would then let you hold Ballys shares within your account (including ISA's). Worth filling out a W-8BEN form to avoid getting caught up in US Tax regulations when you then trade the shares.

The RNS says there may be a limited cash alternative - you can choose this at the same time as you vote to accept or reject any offer - although I suspect the cash alternative to be limited as Ballys is already carrying too much debt - and if too many choose cash then the cash pool will be devided propotionally and you wiuld receive a mix of cash and Bally shares into your account. Those share may dip slightly as investors cash them in when they become tradable - so factor that in when voting.

Arbitrage spread or valuation gap tells the bigger story with II's not convinced it will happen. If this suddenly widens or narrows then those in the know are taking a position. It 50/50 at best just now, in my opinion.

I do not see this going through. Bally's are already riddled with debt. I may be wrong but next RNS will be regarding them confirming no offer will be forthcoming and will drop back down. Pretty sure those in the know and making a few quid off the back of this though.
