Ghana constitution says the licence has to be brought to parliament for ratification within two years from signing So it will have to be considered within the next two sessions

Part of the reason for the drop is writing off losses from the end of the tax year.

Agree Teddy , the new gov does seem to want to get things done, just not in the order we would like. They had to get the budget through first and the "Glamsey" problem. I am pretty sure the next session of parliament will focus on mining. We are not the only ones waiting for ratification Ashanti Bauxite putting pressure on the gov as well .

Ghana need the lithium to grow the economy, the rat will happen !
