So top and bottom we'll probably end up giving more away than we want and as a result SP recovery will also take longer than what we need. Either way it's still going to be a dog of a share for a fair while !

OR

We don't merge and the SP remains fairly static until debt is reduced and hedging is expired.

Sounds like a WIN WIN to me regardless of which way it goes :-(

3Bobbit - we are all entitled to say what we feel, not that it will make any change to the SP or to those invested.

Everyone myself included made a choice to invest in this stock, because we envisaged great things for the future, these things may yet still happen, as frustrating as it is continued patience is the key, have waited so long, a few more may bear the fruit we've all been waiting for and deserve.

In fairness Rahul is dealing with mass inherited debt, and hedged pricing for the right reasons has turned into a mare.

Having said this I will give the guy some slack cause he did say a '5 year' plan and he has only been on board just over 2 yrs.

I think he will be up against it as will we if imminent plans don't come to fruition.

Just got to hope the next 3 years are better than the last 2 as my parents currently aged 83 desperately need a bungalow and I need to help them hence why I'm holding so many shares with the money I saved over the last 5 years or so.

I do hope this comes good for us ALL.

Have literally tried everything else to help them and this is my last hope - everything is crossed but feeling the pressure tbh.

Now holding just short of 100,000 shares with an average of 60p

WHEN we reach my target of £1.76 per share I may well consider my exit until then I'm not moving as frustrating as it is !

Approaching 3 years, just goes to show how much of a mess this company WAS in, looking forward to brighter days :-)

Top and bottom is with our massive debts still in play if not both then at least one of these things needs to land.

Otherwise in my opinion we will remain fairly static on the SP.

Be interested to read constructive responses.

Personally I think the cinema industry is at risk of becoming pay per view at home in the mid-long term !

Amazon Prime, Disney, Netflix, SKY etc etc

There are also sites out there that are already allow the streaming of the likes of Elvis, Maverick, Jurassic World Dominion, and much more .. Believe me I know !

My point is in an economic downturn will people fill the cinema's (of which there are quite a choice) or spend their money elsewhere ?

If this shows any signs of a merger or takeover then maybe I'll review my position.

I don't think anyone can really work out what makes this SP spike or dip at the moment.

All I know is like most others this is one of the most manipulated shares traded.

If invested then I would say hold, if not invested I would say wait, think it may be some time before we see 60p+ again !
