Deliberately posting shock at an announcement when the board of directors spelled out explicitly what would happen with the share issue shortfall is obviously trolling. And it is the same old posters with the same old posts, all likely non holders, that is obviously trolling.

Mike, Mickey - looks like a lot of trolls are having memory issues this morning, I will remind them what was on the original offer document issued October 3rd:

"The Company reserves the right to place any shortfall shares that are not taken up by existing shareholders at the discretion of the Directors.

The Directors of the Company have indicated their intention to take up their full entitlement under the Offer.

Assuming all entitlements are taken up under the Offer, the Company will issue approximately 795 million new shares, resulting in a total of approximately 6,366 million shares on issue."

Placing the 594m not taken up from the open offer of the 796m at the same price. Why are people acting as if this is scandalous new news? It is exactly what was stated would happen in the original proposal.
