Try reading it again - the former refers to the total porosity, the latter the effective porosity. The definition of effective porosity is given immediately afterwards.

BigT - to answer your first question only, the Winx drill is estimated at approx 50 days to complete, the individual milestones are in a post I made earlier, taken from diagrams in the last RNS from both 88E and Otto. If spud is 15 Feb then this takes us just past end of Q1, which does make your second question intriguing!
