Brom, thanks for your opinion. This is not a flat bonus scheme based on the SP now, it is, as one would expect from any bonus scheme over multiple years, progressive. It is clear, if one understands what is stated in the schedule, the benefits for DW only come from a continually rising SP (resources and production aside).
So, I will be voting for this, it is not a flat 3.5p schedule some initially thought.

I think you are correct in reading the date as that of "the performance rights issue" and taking that as the initial date of issue (i.e. at the GM) but I think this is the wording which is key just before this:

"The Performance Rights will be issued in five (5) tranches with each tranche subject to its own Vesting Conditions.

Each tranche will be tested and assessed independently of the other."

This reads, to me, that there are 5 Performance Rights tranches, each coming into existence only on the anniversary of the original issue date. The phrase "the date of the Performance Rights issue" means the date this tranche is issued, not the date of the original issue.

Again, happy to accept I may be wrong.
