Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Not sure this BB even works. But this partnership with Paddy Power will accelerate growth. That forward P/E just got a whole lot smaller.
I think you are right in that a lack of understanding in this industry from consumers and ii's limits the SP to it's fundamentals, which is fine if you are long term investor tracking forward P/S, P/E etc. Whereas the likes of Paypal, with a less diversified product offering, is widely consumer recognised and the result is a P/E of 40+ even without dividends.
@moorhey While you can use your Skrill balance without any cards with many businesses (nearly all gambling operators) just by putting email and password in, the Skrill Mastercard is NOT limited to these business you can use it anywhere you would normally use card both online and in the physical world for free i.e. Tesco, Amazon, the local corner shop... And you can manage your funds with Skrill or Neteller just as would with online banking. Don't want to be seen as ramping here, but for those of us invested we want to see the products properly represented.
We are basically back at resistance, which is pretty much at all time high. The recent dip was due to the old hack news, so support is actually more like 330. But since we are in a transitional phase, it's a case of wait and see if resistance is broken this time around.
Dont understand the problem. Skrill MasterCard allows you to spend it everywhere that accepts MasterCard, just use it like any other card. But you can also use Skrill's wallet checkout on nearly all gambling merchants to use your balance. Just select Skrill as your deposit option and put in your email and password. Or you can always withdraw balance to your bank if you are excited by the 0.00001% interest they offer these days.
I think like many Fool articles on the industry, this is again quite poor. Despite stating a preference for PAYS, he goes on about the hack, which is a non-event that didn't impact customers adversely 5 years ago. He also says that PAYS doesnt have value add/mobile products, when actually Skrill comes with 1-tap for Mobile which is brilliant. And while Paysafecard is going to grow, the excitement should be about Payolution. Wallets with digital credit is the future, and this product paves the way.
The peak was 572, and on the 5 for 3 rights issue anyone who bought at peak and took up the rights would have then averaged 318. We are now clear of this so theoretically pretty much everyone is in profit. So we are in uncharted territory. Onwards and Upwards :)
1.2bn a fair valuation?? Do you know something we don't? Because by every measure one could think of, this business is undervalued by at least 50%.
Anyone worked out the PE of the combined group? Must be below 15. Forward PE closer to 10.
Great RNS, highlights the value of the combination. If we don't break 290 now I'll quit AIM forever.
So our shares are purchased (at year high hopefully), and same quantity are reissued to us, dilution being offset by cash paid to us? OR shares fully converted with the back back offsetting dilution? Sorry if misinterpreting, I'm a reverse takeover first timer.
Great news as expected. Don't understand the posters who sold up last week, short-termist mindset I suppose. Does anyone fully understand the mechanics of the reverse takeover relisting. Are our shares converted automatically? Does it result in any dilution?
Monster buy of £285,544.22 gone through. Big loading up before announcement.
No need to worry people. MMs manipulating to load up before acquisition completion. Deal expected to go through in next 3 or 4 weeks. FTSE250 will happen not too long afterwards. Buying at 226 here is the safest bet on AIM.
