Jones. You call up your broker and ask him to bed and ISA your shares. They basically sell then buy back. You will see very little change to your holdings.

Dutch if you bed an isa you will still pay capital gains tax on the point you paid until the point you sold. Once they are in ISA no tax to be paid.
