Thought so, maybe there is a clause to say they can't exercise the other warrants until after the 'significant dividend'. If so would suggest what is left after the asset sale has a value of atleast 26.5p

Am I correct that 14m, 53m shares is half of the total warrants which have been exercised and go live on the 25th May and there is still another 14m left in warrants to be drawn down as and when the investor decides? So total placing equates to £28m

Yes but once/if the dividend amount is rns'd the SP will rerate to include it and as such you could sell on that day and not wait for the ex div date if you so choose, no need to wait the 2 months. Personally will be holding for the next 20 years or until EUA no longer exists.

IMO 2 things going on here, Asset sale of everything outside the JV resulting in 'significant dividend' and then creating a global PGM district to pay annual dividends for 20 years, or to be bought down the line at the greater value.
