Afternoon JT,
Was researching Dark pools over the weekend, and not my pond which decided to empty itself!
Anyway within the dark pools sellers and buyers are matched, II move to them and PI's etc to save on costs but more so when liquidity has dried on the exchange which you could say has been the case for 4 weeks over here.
Anyway part of the appeal of less fees it is also that trades can be executed at the medium price to benefit the buyer and the seller. This may be why the large trades last week were all on the medium as they eventually need to be logged on the exchange. It also suggests why the SP is manipulated down and up to get the medium to match the large trade in the DP.

The BOD have told us in an RNS the AGM will be in June, not an out of date EUA website that still hasn’t updated share capital
IMO if the AGM was to be a ‘normal’ one we would have a date by now

According to the Agreement Eurasia Mining in the framework of the pilot project acquires 75% equity stakes in a junior company incorporated within RosGeo for the amount of 0.5 mln. USD with an earn-out to be payable following the results of the reserves audit under the JORC Code and accomplishment of other conditions. In addition, Eurasia Mining receives a call option to acquire 25% from Rosgeo after completion of the reserves audit under the JORC Code.

Eurasia Mining will carry out operational management of the joint venture and the project. RosGeo will contribute to the joint project the gained experience and competence, including conduct of geological exploration and prospecting activities, and render the geological consulting services, which enable to ensure the high efficiency of the partner investments in the project

The exe have an additional 25m, the 105m is just for Advisors and staff as per EUA website, IMO nothing stopping them as proved by AC

Hi JT, not too clued up on options but have a theory that may be related to these kippers
There's 105m options for advisors and staff, believe AC has 40m ish so others have 65m ish
To exercise these they need to purchase them so say at 0.42p for the price the staff would need £273,000 to exercise them.
Would the staff have this money combined, not sure so maybe they are sell some shares they have in the company to buy the options.
No idea really but may have some legs

IMO it won't be so calm, expecting some antics into close. Maybe the last tree shake so watch out if you have stop losses on.
Seems there is another big trade brewing and trying to be landed.

JT, 4 of the 1m trades last week were SINT trades - my understanding an auction outside of the exchange
The rest have been straight trades and flagged the same as a 1k PI trade. Normally these and as they have in the past have been flagged as negotiated trades so accumulated over time etc at a desired price.
We have had no MIA in the last week really so strengthens the fact they are just straight trades.
IMO there are more to come at this level and the only time we will move is when the last hits the deck.
PI's are just tiddlers compared to them so no movement or reason for the MM's to move the SP.
