OSP not sure, probably over thinking. But I would think they will have a say. I believe the kola district is the gem and eua hold the keys to the nine licences I believe, no subsidiary GLA GLA

I believe so but the more I think about it the more I think we were sold/given the licences to sell to x company so would think everything pre arranged. Could be way off the mark though GLA
Has puzzled me as to why the mines were sold to eua who were under a sale process. Now maybe the state had interest and are using eua as a vehicle to sell to them. We give you the mines but you can only sell Kola district to x company from x country. This part of the rns reads as if the fsp changed direction after the JV. The state don!t care as they make their money from what comes out of the ground and we get ours in asset sale
However, after conclusion of the joint venture with Rosgeo ("Rosgeo JV") in which Eurasia will gain a 75% equity stake in nine PGM and battery metals assets

Posted a few days ago for reference Subsoil rights cannot be freely sold or otherwise transferred to another entity, except in certain limited circumstances specified by the Subsoil Law. Those instances comprise, inter alia: the transfer of subsoil rights from a parent company to its subsidiary and vice versa, and transfer between the subsidiaries of the same parent company; transfer following a merger or consolidation of the licence-holder with or into another company; or transfer following a spin-off or split-off of a new company. Nevertheless, a special decision by Rosnedra is required for such transfer.https://iclg.com/practice-areas/mining-laws-and-regulations/russiaGLA
Two separate things DJEJ, When announced the SP will rise to dividend amount + what the value is perceived to be of assets that are left. You will need to hold till record day which we will be told the date of in announcement. Then the ex dividend day (normally day after the SP will drop to the price without dividend and then a certain time after the dividend will be paid to you. If you buy after ex dividend date you will not get the dividend. If you sell before the value of the div will be in the SP. GLA
On HL, just make sure you have Income instructions set as Held in account or paid cash if you do not want it reinvested. It is in Account settings - withdrawals underneath bank details GLA
Are UBS not there to do due diligence. IMO if the proposal was not nailed on we would still be in FSP Someone came to the table late and out bid everyone else. Hence the EGM and increased negotiating position. GLA
What I am unclear about is what stops any listed company just saying they have a proposal that may lead to a significant dividend payout. There must be some rule somewhere that hard facts/evidence is required to allow it to be RNS'd IMO. Anyone know? GLA
