THG, ASOS and BOO - quick trade potentially on bounce. All 3 crashed this morning for one reason or another. Not investment advice but if you have some dry powder and catch it right there should be some recovery IMO!

To add LB, the additional shorts opening for peak will have been opened anywhere from 14 to 28 days prior, due to American reporting every 14 days on short positions so potentially opened at 8.5p to get it down to their target of 7p on the 31st

I think extra shorts thrown into the mix to hold SP at 7p until D day, the 31st and maybe BR needed to match small cap holdings with shorts to balance the sells and short buy outs to exit as if nothing happened - just some musing’s, as if!
Quad witching day Friday, don’t think will have much of a negative effect on EUA, may even give us a boost - due one!
Some bargains to be had out there, just need to judge turning point.

If it is anything like the AA it will be kicked down the line - If I recall correctly they had 3 before offer came out at the end of the 4th extension
The decline will be the general market and BR messing around - note what happens when they get involved and use it the knowledge gained in the future to IMO get out asap and back in once SP starts rising again after the fall.

IMO - BR sold stock to get out of the exchange and used their shorts to buy that stock and close them at the same time.

Reason I believe is the US reports every 2 weeks to Ortex. So you could say it was the yanks shorting us, no surprise there.

This provides valuable and timely additional data but only on positions above the reporting threshold. 'significantly speed up our Russian assets sale process' for all I know it could well be the office chairs and desks!
As for AM, according to the EUA website he doesn't seem to be on the board although Companies House and RNS says he is - poor nearly 1month into INED role - he has also been MD of Japan office for c1 year so if he has been trying to find buyers of the assets, he is as slow as the rest of the board.
IMO his introduction could well be due to others leaving , find out when the AGM is called I suppose.

How can there even be EUAv2 if as you posted, which to repost you must believe to be true. The nomad is saying Russia Assets will be sold. Has to be one or the other! or are you covering all basis.

EUA hopefully will not exist so will never become a big company, is that not the point of his appointment. EUAv2 will hopefully grow but will again be a minnow for many years and again probably to be sold off if it ever gets started.

So in theory he should be at a big global company now having been headhunted - just doesn't add up that a high flyer in high profile jobs at Rosneft and Shell at the age of c40 then stops being a global high flyer IMO and that is all it is.

Not sure he is a squeaky clean as people believe and how do you know he was 'usually headhunted by the big firms' as that process is normally confidential.

There will be rules but they can probably do what they want - POG moving annual accounts cut off date and AGM notification yesterday. Granted different kettle of fish but shows what can be done.

Hi Panino, we shall see - I believe yesterday was the last day to announce AGM in June.
Requirement I believe is notification day, then 21 days and then the day of the AGM which made it the 7th -- 2 clear days + 21days

I read the RNS as saying accounts are delayed and they hope to publish by end of June. When they are ready to be circulated the AGM will be called at the point of publication 21 days down the line - so IMO AGM will be at best mid July

3 weeks ago now and still the EUA team website is not updated. Companies house is but it's **** poor if you ask me. It is not like Keith is busy replying to PI emails as I must have sent him about 10 over the last 2 years and not one response.
