RE: £25m cash in bank v £207m market cap03 Jun 2020 07:42

£25m cash in bank v £207m market cap03 Jun 2020 07:33
As of 2 June 2020, prior to the payment to HEGC, the Group had a net cash balance of €25m
so long as there is no let up in the pandemic in the next 6-12 months the market cap might be justified but any hint of it easing off with no second peak or a vaccine being developed would imply that the sp will struggle to rise further...it might even drop.
i smell BS ha ha ha Bought £50k of these over the last couple of days thinking they looked cheap but we’re worth the purchase due to all their freehold property!---------- funny you supposedly bought £50k over the last few days and you posted on so many other stocks but this is your first post on mars.... hilarious lol
maybe someone will start accumulating...TR1 imminent? If NCYT are too busy running the company to talk to investors a sensible route for any serious investors would be to stake build and force the company to the negotiating table. just my opinion...or as has been mentioned the investors are not big enough players to get the company interested
RE: Who is Volga Gas? Ask @TMSreach18 May 2020 20:18
In 2008, the firm’s share price was sitting pretty at more than 500p. But it has fallen steadily since, and today is valued at 23p, giving the firm a market cap of just over £20m ....multiple parties interested...no wonder ...at these knock down prices
RE: Who is Volga Gas? Ask @TMSreach18 May 2020 20:17
Also on Monday, Volga updated its investors on the sale process.
It said: “Multiple parties have, following the provision by them of non-binding expressions of interest, agreed to participate in the [formal sales process] and they have been invited to proceed further by signing a confidentiality agreement.

RE: Tamaraz group not even interested in 1p shares18 May 2020 08:03
could not or would not lol
John Teeling, Chairman, commented: "Despite lengthy and intensive discussions, the Tamraz Group would not or could not pay for the 64,035,976 new Petrel shares, as approved by Petrel shareholders at the EGM in November 2019, despite the subscription price of €0.0125 being substantially below the current share price. Equally, the Tamraz Group was unwilling or unable to reacquire or replace the 5.25 million shares pledged and sold in breach of the lock-in agreement. Consequently, the High Court injunction continues to prohibit any disposal of the remaining 32 million shares which were pledged as part of the lock-in agreement."
