BruBru24 - PRICELESS !!!!! :D :D
Hey James, good post!
Looking at the cash in bank it does seem that the cashflow is neutral or at worse slightly negative, which would put the "zero" point well into the future.
The fly in the ointment is the "ambulance" chasing for those not transferring onto payroll, but with the precedent set by Amazon and Uber, I don't think this is anything to worry about.
In regards to instructions, the market IMHO burnt itself out trying to get through before the deadline, couple that with the time of year, it seems that all estate agents are suffering, not just PB.
As to when it will pick up or at least get back to the more standard seasonally adjusted norm, not sure if this is going to get back to that much before Q3 looking at the current trends.
Having sold a couple of properties through PB and traditional PB processes and tech are very much getting there with my personal experience being much better than the "flip it at any cost" seen by the more bricks and mortar estate agents.
However, I think the price point is wrong and could easily have 50% added onto it with the same pitch.
In the longer term, I think PB could easily become the dominant player in the market and so at 33p I am on a buy.
Anyway, 1c worth back at you :)
Hi Bladey, they (insane) have some SERIOUS dedication to posting with postings on all days and all sorts of hours.
There is no balance to the postings and its not even presented as a "warning" to fellow investors just bile which makes me wonder about whether they are paid to do it or a very disgruntled ex employee
I really want to add a poll here to ask peoples opinions about our (in)sain friend:
1) He is a legitimate poster with interesting insights
2) He is a paid de-ramper (paid by the opposition)
3) He is a disgruntled employee with an axe to grind.
Thoughts ?

I see, you provide one link as your background research....I think people can make up their own mind about your comments.
For now I join minnie and a few others that have been through your (de)ramping and say adios !
Doh!
If you really want to help people include links to support your opinions not just one random link.
It undermines your credibility.
Hey Minnie and Sian - while I am finding your flame war very entertaining, I think that its time put put up or shut up.
Analysis of various sources leads to an opinion - which we should all respect, however please share the sources of the information so we can review your findings.
At the moment I have no "skin in the game" but giving it a serious once over.
The sources that Minnie has provided are useful background - do you have any to share Sian so I can add these to my deliberations ?
"but raining meatballs and a ready supply of cheese sound like an investment opportunity!" [grin]
@caspinos, you missed out a meteor hitting the earth, its raining meatballs and the moon being made of cheese ! :) Most likely one I can think of is that its too far into the future for peoples comfort, therefore the discovery of cheese on the moon will scupper the deal. [Wink]

Looks like this is a key step forward in the due diligence, just hope that the recent legal wrangle doesn't upset the apple cart !

Hey casapinos, can you drop the link into the conversation please ?
Guys, only had 13,000 and odd shares, so didn't loose that much in the scheme of things. But got to ask, how on earth did the management not see this coming ? Here are some questions all the BOD need to answer: 1) Why didnt they see the problems in the cash flow forecast ? 2) Why did they not undertake risk analysis on the business plan 3) Why did they nor put in place a mitigation plan? 4) Why didnt Cochrane do any thing but take the money ? I can see quite a few law suites coming through on this pile of junk !
