Just look at the SP. IMO this is a better gamble than Igas ATB and DYOR
BH, thanks for the compliments but I never ramp or deramp a share, I just post the truth. With the truth for all to see what my current position is re any shares I post about. I also talk about or immediately post if I sell any holdings i have. Presently I hold no direct shares. These two links inc Sky's almost made me buy into akl but like i said, not worth the spread risk. Like any company always a possibility re bid. I've been trying to find out if any other co operates like Alk, but no joy. Anyway, as u are in there, GL and DYOR
IMO, statement was very much muted and SP came off highs.ATB and DYOR
the other link http://news.sky.com/story/1328788/national-grid-seeks-extra-winter-electricity
Was going to buy toady but not like the big spread http://news.sky.com/story/1328788/national-grid-seeks-extra-winter-electricity
I was on leave from work today and was doing some research re my next share buying. Alk has been in my sights for a few months ie since posting here and another forum. Read this in the telegraph this morning and another site which i will try to refind that read even better. The only reason i did not buy is the spread and cant see the sp go up more than a few pence but I get this feeling that Alk may attract a bid. As always I'm 100% honest and hold no postion as yet in ALK - ATB and DYOR http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/energy/11070173/Emergency-measures-to-prevent-blackouts-this-winter-as-power-crunch-worsens.html
Thanks friend, a balanced and honest post.
Hi Hbev12. The DM, like all other papers they have their good and bad bits. My postings are based on what I read, hear and see. Importantly I study SP's and fundamentals and noted that fracking shares take off leading to expected good news, add a bit more on the news, then a steady slide south. IMO, EDR is a better gamble than Igas, but could be wrong. I dont see any support levels at the moment. I have been tempted to gamble a few k, but dont want to throw my money away. If I was to gamble tomorrow I'd go for Edr
I was reading forums on another site and saw this - I never listen to tippsters or chartists. Talking about "tips" guys, I for one use my own instinct, A bit of research showed big TIP for 100p and that was in 2005 So think hard before investing/gambling ATB and DYOR http://www.moneyam.com/InvestorsRoom/posts.php?tid=8208&from=118
Dear friend. It does not cost anything to be polite. You accuse me of rubbing the shares and others have said much worse. Free tip: Tell the SP about your positiveness, lol.
Looking at the trades for today and yesterday, they all appear to be sells. Not looking good. I was considering a gamble, not sure now. Should have had the results the other day, but still nothing - imo still a 50/50? Not sure GLA and DYOR
How did the SP do today? The delay is making everyone nervous and not going down well, sorry re pun
Btw, what about the drilling news, a bit late? I'm no driller but I would have thought if there was a lot of oil, the new would have arrived early and if little oil, news arrives late? ATB and DYOR
Get a grip sir/madam as its not just one example the paper gives. People are fearful, big time.
Read to believe - millions read that paper. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2733336/Fracking-threat-wiped-535-000-home-s-value-Five-bedroom-home-valued-190-000-drilling-site-proposed-nearby.html And there is more, ie the Labour party having a go in parliament to toughen up fracking bill - who knows what will happen if they come into power
Hi BH Many thanks for your very detailed response, sincerely appreciated. I think I will steer clear for the while but may buy on any weakness, but hopefully the shares prosper and you make good money. thanks again
Hello BH You appear to be a very knowledgeable, honest and open posters. Has the co stuck oil? When oil is truck, where do you see the SP. Small chance oil is not struck, will the SP go down by a penny or two? Many thanks in advance and ATB
