Sorry it kept blocking me out
You are probably right but look back to December 2020 and the year before and at the time it states he had 800k of CLN’s and the Rns’# since then shows only 200k approx converted
I’ve spent a fair amount of time going through all the Rns’s
…….
Looking back T Brown in Oct 2021 purchased 3million shares at 5p as part of a placing and prior to that Dec 2020 sold 5 million shares and converted a CLN for 90k (6.6 million shares)
Obviously various CLN’s prior to Dec 2020 converted but just to show this isn’t a regular occurrence. I believe he still has approx 600k of CLN’s still outstanding but I could well be wrong. Gone back to March 2019
I wouldn’t agree or disagree. But appreciate your analysis.
The only thing is they only in the last day or two have reduced their holding by approx 80-90k at the higher share price. I wouldn’t have thought IQAI are that desperate for money unless it’s a short term thing until something more major happens
I’m baffled here. The company hasn’t changed, the potential is still vast
Is he selling to release a CLN, because previous CLN’s were at a lower rate than this so if that’s the case he is in profit. How many times did he loan money under a CLN
There is a bigger act at play here and we are all guessing.
This company is so undervalued now and he knows that
I see about 80-90k of shares have changed hands. Not enough for Trevor to squeeze in a CLN
maybe a birthday present. Who knows
The fundamentals have not changed here. The tie up with GE is huge and opens up massive markets for us. Yes there have been sells today and also buys. The amount of times it’s been said that Trevor has sold some shares and then it turns out he hasn’t
Have faith, this is only going on an upward trend. Don’t you think GE have already enquired about putting an offer in. We are peanuts in value to them, and Trevor is probably holding out.
The last Rns’s have put us in a totally different ball park compared to were we were 6 months ago
I think it’s a sell and the mm’s paid over the odds for it. Bodes well for next week
Be very wary of these scheming deceivers, Paul Haywood couldn’t lie straight in bed.
Rns are always ambiguous, Caught him out a few yrs back on well 16 re production.
So blatantly miscued. All you ask for is upfront honesty
Why are people getting excited about 4-6p
Hold on to your shares and reap the rewards
You can’t accuse me of that. And you obviously have no knowledge of this company and cannot read or decipher Rns’s. Good luck in your feeble intentions
Looks like full steam ahead, self sufficient with grants and a collaboration and the chance of trials being pushed through quicker for special cases. Just a waiting game with a massive potential of a buyout
Brilliant finds Max
Mind blowing
Very disappointing response today after a very upbeat interview with proactive investors on Friday, considering they must have a decent amount of subscribers
I might be totally way off cink here but could the reason he hasn’t refinanced the company as of yet be because someone is already interested in the company and it could be classed as insider trading
Still believe it’s now part of the original. But 10/10 for pumping
I don’t think the sp will be effected too much today. This isn’t a new Orphan drug status, it claims the original in February incorporates this. I agree with Trek. Someone will come knocking at some point
I have held shares here for several years now and initially bought because of the potential IB neuro imaging. If it’s as good as the say why hasn’t it being approved yet by the FDA
They say it’s novel and needs to go through a different process for approval. What’s happening re that !!! And there is nothing stopping customers purchasing the package prior to approval, it’s not a drug and has no side effects but major benefits . I’m sure all cancer centres in the USA must be aware of it and wider afield. So why are medical centres not taking advantage. I know if I had a brain tumour i would want the best possible data and service
What’s happened re Bayer, have we had any benifits yet. It puts IQAI on a larger platform, but feel I’m left in the dark
Trek did you hear back re your email.
Well he certainly doesn’t want the price to rise with that Rns
