I’d question why you invested here knowing T Brown was involved
Now with this new Rns let’s watch for the next few weeks
You could well be right Red. Why don’t you be Guinea pig and buy 200k share’s tomorrow to get the price up and then we can see if a load of sells come in again
Max he has 200k of CLN’s to convert at 2p so 10million shares, if he has converted 5million so far I believe still another 5 million to go. Assuming he is reducing by this many. This is why he his happy with CLN’s assuming the share price doesn’t go below his original CLN share price agreement. I may be wrong but this is how I perceive it
T Brown who is obviously a shrewd investor has 200000k worth of CLN’s to convert at 2p so at some point 10milllion shares need to be exchanged. Assuming the current sells are a majority of the families then at the current price of 4p he will make 200k and on top of that a high annual interest rate way better than you can get in a bank. Easy money if you are in a position to achieve it. He can make as much money has he wants as far as I’m concerned as long as the share comes good, which I think we can all agree is just a matter of time
He has 200k of Clns to clear , I’ve said before I think they have released these share to convert the Clns
We had a holding Rns 3rd Oct saying the family had gone below 10% holdings, they don’t have to inform us again until it drops below 5%, also same applies to Trevor. Only have to inform the markets if it drops below certain thresholds, Something is happening in the background here and I don’t think it’s negative but we are all going to have to wait to find out
Despite all the positives here and there are many it still looks like the family are still selling a certain amount of shares
The good thing it looks like the family and or Trevor have stopped selling shares maybe to convert existing CLN’s. The annoying thing is that the share price was 5.5p before the holding Rns., but in the scheme of things it doesn’t really matter if you are in here for the long haul and future potential. To say this is going to 50-100p is crystal ball stuff, all the stars have to align before that could happen. The imaging has to be worth 10-15p alone. Let’s get there first and then see what happens
I agree. I think maybe converting existing CLN’s to replace shares being sold to tidy thing up
Someone is selling shares, we know FAB are but how many we won’t know until maybe another holding Rns . Is T Brown selling shares. again we don’t no.
We do know that Iqai are in the best position they have ever been in with collaborations and trials so what is happening in the background, intriguing and frustrating at the same time
That’s not going to be mentioned in a newsletter!!!!!
Could still be FAB reducing. Who knows what’s financially happening. We will be the last to know.
The future does look bright though, unfortunately things just seem to take so long
Jam tomorrow. No mention of any financial benefits with tie up with GM, or the 40+ positive enquiry’s they previously announced
The market in the USA has not responded to anything to date so I doubt it will respond to this Rns. And if the tie up with GE included an upfront payment why did he allow some shares to be sold off. I’m in no doubt that Iqai is on an upward trend but Trevor is at best non transparent
Tees. He isn’t sat by a computer all day selling shares. He relies on his broker to sell in batches of quantises he can get through at the time, like in 50k 100k 250k etc not in one or two million lumps at a time
All good but it would be nice know why shares were dispensed with last week and have they finished because that 50k sell came in quick this morning after a buy
I’m off back to school
I bow to your greater powers of accountancy
But can you explain for instance final accounts 2019 he held 668k CLN’s
Then 12/11/20 converted 273.5k and the 10/12/20 converted 55k and 98k all inc interest which comes to 426k approx minus from the 668k equals approx 242k, not 196k as in the final acconuts of2020 because I find similar issue the year before also. So I’m not getting it somewhere
If what your saying is correct as the final results state then we have not been informed by Rns’s of all the conversions because I have been through it again and it’s way out ( it is confusing)
In May 2019 he had 800k of CLN’s.
You are probably right but I’m working through it again. Gives me something to do
