Ashton, i gave these scenarios months ago.

Im not going to downplay any commodity but causes distress going through the periodic table and choosing an element waiting to be picked up in Disko, Dundas or elsewhere.

To drill in 2025, logistics and contracts need to be put in place 6-9 months before. If any planning comes up until January...take your conclusions. I was positive about the company. My position was diluted in the last 3 years by 20% in percentage and 75% in value. I own multimillion position.

Early morning, new RNS. " ...to acquire up to an initial 51% of the issued share capital of White Flame for £1,402,500, payable in Bluejay shares has been accepted by approximately 95% of WFE shareholders". So this £1,402,500 comes from each ones pocket? White Flame shareholders get what percentage of 80mile? Does this means a further dilution...or that a shreholder of JAY gave himself £1,402,500 Bluejay shares further increasing his shere position and diluting the others positions...as far i can eestimate this means about 330 million JAY shares...where did they came from?

Is this another dilution?... the 3rd in 2 years?

JAY doesn't have cash to scratch a cat and:

- puts shareholder cash in White Flame

- puts cash in Metal One.

So the idea is to focus in DISKO or to spread around our money? And DUNDAS? And KUNGA? And Finland?

Should i suggest the Artic Cannabis Farm or the Greenland Truffle Project as good options as well...we have space so no need to drill.

1. In a future 3 way joint venture, the big player wont't put logistics and human resources for free. It will be for sure above 50% and Nikkeli could accept that as long clear clauses are included, protecting JAY interests. Ashton if Nikkeli gets into a 51/49 JV and in Nikkeli is 51% JAY, Jay will retain control of the future JV...i don't know why replied that way to you.

2. The company needs a solid result and only core sample analysis will give that. Without drilling there is notinhing. The miraclous Kobold AI tech that the Danish GEUS and Environment/Mining Bureau also publish decades before are maybe good hints but the drilling is the key. But Jay has no manpower for that so a new JV is needed...Nikkeli is not enough.

3. As far I am aware, once 2-3 companies really push throught the Artic under local Greenland regulation, it will be easier to control things and find partners. Canadian companies could be a solution...VALE is Canada, RIO as well. AA is having licenses in Greenland so they won't do any drilling with first explore their own stuff. A impressive drill finding could really make the things way better. At the moment the market is full of potential big discoveries but they end up stuck. What happened in Norway and Sweden with rare materials could happen in the Artic as well but for that...w/o drilling and getting a great report in a core sample...there is nothing the company can do except getting a real partner with positive value.

4. The path is really clear. With a solid asset in hands, to deal a mining strategy is easy. With a hypothetical one, the things can take time...

Finally. It seams that in the last couple weeks a group of users pop up just wipping around and labbeling disappointed investers and almost accepting anything but a cult of acceptance for whatever BoD directs. Ignoring the snobby and peasant posture, lack of manners, utter ignorance from people that don't know nothing about geomagnetic surveys, tectonic progressions or igneous intrusions, nothing is left but rude and verbal nihilism.
