Just scanning the boards and I see someone on iii has admitted to the 700k buys towards the end of the day to bring his average down to 4 p taking his overall holding to a cool £120k in value and presumably circa a holding of 3 million shares wow !!! - and u know what I hope he fills his boots with it and all as that is serious faith for u and in truth I only wish it was me but good on him hope it comes off for u fella -well the Rns tells us nothing new but as per it was on time but what it does say is that the expectation is that there will be a significant increase in both the grading and the amount of resource - and having appointed a highly experienced exploration manager with spades of experience of such things the indication to me ata least is that this could be huge- and lest we forget the targeted zones and geology enhancements over recent times should have enabled them to virtually hand select where the options are most likely -so I'm also glad I've topped up at these levels albeit far more modestly lol and whilst no one knows for absolute certain what's down there - it feels good so much so I may change my name to Rio tinted specs if it is - so fingers crossed as the resource update and finance terms are so closely linked is it unreasonable to think they both may come out at the same time or will the resource upgrade follow next weeks binding finance details ? As I'm sure most others have done the same but the last update defo said that the results news would be out today -so given Albertos excellent track record of Late for timeliness -one can only assume it will be announced once the Toronto market opens in the next 1-2 hrs - I would guess that is all we should get as any other news re progress or resource update would be an entirely separate entity and rightly so if maximum exposure was to be achieved - one thing the news may perhaps confirm is what the actual cost figures have come out as - along with an idea of exactly how much we have saved over the period - from memory I seem to recall it stated in last years announcement how much they thought it would be -or 200million Euros -so it's reasonable they should now cooments given its huge significance as to how much it was in reality - come on. !!!! Thanks fella very good of u - ive enjoyed reading ur posts and ur input over the years and as such I wish u well mate not just with Ormonde but also with ur other investments as well cos that's what we are all in it for - I just think I cud probably recoup my losses here a bit quicker on a couple of other stocks I'm in - but as we all know there aren't many certainties in this game if any - but we pay our money and take our chance - so good luck fella and thanks again spin - top man

Mate u have clearly spent some serious time there crunching the numbers and whether anyone agrees with u or not I thank u for doing so as I can clearly see ur rationale logic and reasoning is pretty hard to contest but equally L200 u have a point fella - as what wud be the alternative - ? Infinity and beyond in my book - the truth is if we do stand back and look at the reality of what's been agreed here it does almost certainly hinge on the tungsten price rising significantly for Ormonde or its shareholders to truly thrive and prosper and of course that could well happen - the big issue now though is that the debt terms are clearly favourable to oak tree and as u say the granting even of the short term loan effectively shafted Ormonde as default in any shape or form gave them a foothold which they were unlikely to lose from that point onwards - the past few days has left me relying on a negotiated trade to sell had I wanted to and as I expected the price has drifted whilst Tiberius and others have either reduced or sold out as it's now evident its a defo long term play - for many ltholders that's a real kick in the nuts given the time we've already waited and I for one do not wish to wait firvanother year or two to even get my losses back - and whilst I can't admit to being surprised it's really disappointing to be where we are right now - the share price graph of late has shown an obvious negative trend -ie going as low as 2.4 before news of financing and then after it and during exclusivity talks it sat at only 3p - so in actual fact terms -the tell tale signs were not leading me to see a hike up to 6-8p as like it or not the market rarely calls it that wrong -and even to my untrained eye and limited grey matter I have to say those days would appear to be some time off atm - like so many on this board Ive always believed in this project and supported it from day one and as such I sincerely wish all on this board good luck and best wishes for the future but I won't be voting as I'm out at a tidy loss sad to say - as I'm just not prepared to wait - but for those who do I hope ur patience is richly rewarded u great guy GLA

Good post mate thanks for providing the detail -I was clearly aware that the drilling had been fairly comprehensive but hadn't quite grasped the full extent of it and having now read and digested ur post - it's just made me reflect - that given how all this has played out particularly over the last couple of months -what with the rapid expansion the unbelievable cost savings the temporary unsecured finance and the manner in which it has been set up - the coming together of all parties all with a common goal -says to me that these guys know exactly what's in store here and more importantly are fully aware of what impact a positive set of results somewhere in line with what u have highlighted will garner -as many on this board have alluded to - it may all be pointing to a perfect storm and if it is then all those years waiting and waiting may well be rewarded at long last - it's been a tough frustrating and emotional rollercoaster but maybe just may be we are nearly there GLA

Whichever way u look at it the financing deal is within touching distance based on that today hopefully and poss includes other strategic investors as well - point being this baby is looking like it's ready to finally fly - the statement by Alberto enthusiastically changing his focus from development to expansion for me is really exciting - he must know the results of the drilling and resource upgrade and if that is what we all hope it will be- together with the raft of cost savings and major recent strides made of late we must be very close to that re rating we all are looking for - happy days let's hope GLA

Tbh fella u only had to look at the recent accounts and financial statements to see that they never had a cat in hells chance of raising the kind of money needed for lift off here - the similarities finance wise to that of Oaktree is like comparing Pavarotti and tricky wing play in the same sentence - the annoying aspect is that their smokescreen proffered some hope that the short term benefit would boost the gain now but in a way I'm glad they've failed as they're nothing more than a bunch of wasters IMO and whilst this deal will inevitably have some downsides the reality on one side is that it ticks virtually all boxes on phase 1 and a good chunk of phase 2 with funds for further drilling etc but any realistic rise in the current sp will take some more patience before that happens unfortunately - and that wasn't really what I wanted if truth be known - so I guess the emotion range will vary from well happy to a bit underwhelmed depending on your ultimate objectives of course - the future is now secured which has to be the key objective and as such I'm sure the board from their own perspective will be well happy with what they've negotiated - and why not

If u are or intend to be a long term investor my initial thoughts would be this is a very comprehensive well thought out package which covers all contingencies providing funds for virtually everything and means that the board will actively participate in a project they started up believed in from day one and will continue to be paid for for the foreseeable and for them particularly I'm not sure it gets much better and fair play they've done a good job - furthermore there are clear longer term benefits to shareholders as further dilution will be minimal from what we can see and as we all know the market for tungsten the future for tungsten and the off take agreement already struck with Noble it's happy days long term no doubt about that - I also think Oak tree given they have just ploughed almost 100 million dollars on a long term plan like this would want a fair share and why not ? Young Granto ur were pretty much on the money my friend and so what about right now i.e. the share price ? Well let's have a look Barrucapardo Jv the new venture will get a cash injection of 44.2 million dollars representing 65% which means they value it at 68 million dollars which is 100% or Ormondes bit the remaining 30-35% @ circa 24 million dollars or almost bang on to the current market cap of £14million pounds sterling - which means a virtual tick up of two parts of Frankie Abbott which is the only disappointing bit as it means the long term holders have got a decent deal but a further wait - I'm not at all surprised which is why I could never see a buyout price at 6-8 p as many had suggested - have a great day all

Very true young sir but also true is that there are a number of top drawer posters on here who not only express a view but generally support it with some reasoned argument as to how they have arrived at their conclusion - which I find really helpful as I'm sure u do - as for my own thoughts on speculating I agree - when the great Warren Buffett says that when it comes to predicting stocks and markets there are just 2 types of individual - 1) the ones who don't know and 2) the ones who don't know they don't know - That says it all for me - but DYOR is and always will be king in this game - u can't blame anyone but yourself then -can u fella ? Yes that was one weird trading day -on my screen I reckon there were 40 trades and 27 were buys and yet only 4 are shown as virtually all others were below the mid price -throughout the day ending up with an sp decline of nearly half a pence - very strange as it's at times like these u just wonder if it's the traders playing games to provoke some activity or have they heard something we haven't - either way one would hope value will out itself at some time fairly soon GLA

I kid u not but I just tried to buy on the Hsdl and was quoted 4.90 and to sell was at a higher price of 4.95 - unbelievable so presumably that was either an obvious mistake or there is a desperate need to get hold of shares- I've gone a bit like Mr O as I'm struggling to work out as to why anybody would be selling now in large numbers at this time with big news pending -unless of course they needed the cash urgently or say slicing a profit from a buy at the early 3's -which is fair enough - but with so many plusses in terms of the production process being well ahead of schedule - the huge cash savings - the blasting inauguration on Friday and the raft of articles now pointing to a healthy future for copper on a huge and global scale - so surely even the biggest doubters would now be getting a flicker of anticipation stirring within - tbh it has been a tortuous journey at times but one would now hope that at long last we must be ready for lift off pretty soon- the last hurdle is clearly the financing terms - but whether it's by luck or good judgement and I actually believe it's the latter - the encouraging news for all concerned is that it appears to be taking shape at a price level more in keeping with the realistic value of Emed as a current market cap of circa 70 million is imo a country mile away from where it should be - and if the resource upgrade is as good as we all hope then the financing terms may very well be delivered with a share price between 6-8p and that would represent a good deal for all and a perfect platform to push on when production starts shortly afterwards one would hope - happy days for many I trust GLA and enjoy the sunshine fellas

The track record on timescales here surprisingly is not the best - but tbh the exclusivity period runs out on the 10th so technically I guess that gives them the choice to issue something towards c o b - but true fella u are absolutely right - that most people's expectations on here would have been to have seen something first thing - even just a holding statement - 51 days have passed since the original RNS detailingOaktrees offer and 29 have passed since Almonty made their move - in my old profession deadlines and timescales were critical - but here ?
