Forgive me18 Jun 2017 15:09
Hi Eddie like u and many others I simply can't believe given where we are why the sp is still languishing at 119 so 2017 isn't our year yet is it ? No surprises there
As for ur question we may be likely for a takeover/buyout at some time but not anytime soon imo as there is just too much going on at the minute
The whole concept of manipulation could be right who knows but what we do know as a fact is that a lot of LThS have openly admitted they have sold out drip feeding almost continually as they are so brassed off with where we are ...irrespective of what milestones we keep ticking off ... u can't blame them either can u ...
However to answer ur first question of a few days back if we were to be taken private by say Trafigura (assuming all the other II investors consented ) I would suspect they would make an offer usually at a premium to the current share price to buy ur shares or enough shares to enable them to do it ...with a deadline date set for it to happen whereby u could sell ur shares in the market beforehand or agree to do so on the deadline date at the price offered ...whatever that was ...or u could decide not to sell ur shares and by not doing so u would then hold shares in the new private company similar to what happened to Baobab resources -
In that example ur shares could then only be traded privately which may make it difficult for u to offload them in the future as ur dealing in a limited marketplace ... and not on the main **************
As Small holding and LLB on other boards have very eloquently pointed out there is much to be excited about here except for the shareprice and that quite frankly is because no one or no institutional investor ( despite all the broker recommendations) can see past the continued rumblings with Astor and the possibility that further short term funding requirements will be needed to finance the Prt ramp up if nothing else ...and no one yet knows how that will be done ... maybe it can be self financed but why would anyone take that chance at this stage ... I wouldn't ...but tbh if it's not that it's something else and it's been like that for as long as I can remember
On a more positive front one thing that does seem to have gone unnoticed is that before the end of Qtr2 the company have said an update will be given on the metallurgical test work on Touro and one never knows but maybe even some news on the drilling results could be tendered as well ... that would help a lot as I personally think this could be a significant step forward
Here is what Alberto said in the last Rns "We are very pleased with the results of the metallurgical test work at Proyecto Touro.
"The combination of high concentrate grades and recoveries, together with the lack of deleterious elements, will provide additional value to the project.
"Furthermore, the very detailed exploration work carried out during our earn-in option period at Proyecto Touro has demonstrated the significant p
