You'd have to be crazy to short this after the last RNS. SD buying in at placing value tells you this is only going one way now. His options kick in at 25p remember.

CEO loading up now is a strong buy signal IMHO.

Don't underestimate Simply Wall Street valuations. May I suggest you broaden your research literature before you make an investment decision. The majority of posters on here are either committed LTH's or bashers trying to get a low entry point for their paymasters. GLA DYOR.

IMHO...So it seems the SP is somewhat manipulated and kept a lid on. On any given day a group of traders appear and deramp the share price. Why? Maybe they are working for a large institution or a potential suitor of GGP...before a low ball offer. Whoever they are they clearly have access to a massive volume of shares that can control the SP up, down or keep it in check. GLA
