Great To See Warrants Coming Into Play Early27 May 2026 17:50
On 1st May only about 4 weeks ago..37,037,000 shares were issued at 2.7p with 1 warrant attached to every 2 shares ..... total warrants = 18,518,500...
Good thing is them 37,037,000 shares have been cleared...otherwise it's pointless taking warrants out....we already knew about this after 110m shares being traded in 2 days after rig contract being signed rns...then came that conversion of 5.1m shares....which most likely was cleared yesterday or the day be4...todays news of 13,518,500 warrants taken out (most likely being worked on right now) means still 5m warrants outstanding....which will be taken out and gone aswell soon...
Good thing market has observed is observing all these shares...in total...37, 037,000 + 13,518,500 + 5,100,000 + 2,222,220 = 57.9m shares...
This is no small amount....this is fairly large amounts ....with 145m shares traded in last 5 days and almost 185m since 1st may ( when placing was announced ) we have done well ..infact very very well to make warrants conversion shares come into play right now...
No sensible person would want to be taking out 5p warrants if they still held 2.7p shares...its possible...they might keep some of original placee shares or current warrants..but on 1st look it looks like they have been or are being flipped
This plays in our hands...can u imagine....58m shares being flipped at 20p 30p 40p ..it would have taken ages...I rather now at low price than later at high price....it also gives us small players to load up at lower price..
Conclusion ... i am very very impressed at pace of these shares being flipped..at super fast speed....
Almost £2m flipped in next to no time...if this doesn't tell u how high DEMAND is in here I don't know what will....
Once these shares are gone and overhang cleared...and as we approach our drill ....it will be very very difficult to BUY.....many of these shares being taken up are getting into sticker hands..its possible we can/might get TR1's..
Let supply stop thinking see how fast we move northwards...
