It should be noted back then our resource estimates for MT WINTER and HUSSAR where lower..since we have increased our resource estimates by some 30%....

Gex was under 3p about a mth ago...due to upcoming hussar drill...we have re-rated by some 100%....its been slow yes....only due to overhang..once cleared wrong should move northwards more swiftly....

So answer to question ( when re-rate ) = it's already begun....next mth ti's time..we could be easily around 15p + possibly more...

210m shares being traded in last 30 days is no small feat...its RECORD VOLUMES in a mth here...could get better...let's hope so...and this time no overhang...

Trick is get in EARLY ...next mth at let's say 15p...some other newbie might be asking .. "when's re-rate" those in at around 6p will already be up by approx 150%....and those in at 3p will be up by some 400%....

ENTRY POINT MATTERS ALOT.....makes big difference....not into long distance...the herd could be shouting...."if we break 50p psychological barrier we could easily pass 60p"....6p entrance at 60p = x10....3p entrance = x20 .....HUGE DIFFERENCE....if MR CHARLIE waits until lets say June at gets in at 15p....for him 60p would mean x4....

And TRUST ME the HERD will be BUYING at peak in abundance they always do....they justcwant quick 10%...instead they get locked in....for sake let's hope....there is no peak...and gex keeps giving...and giving....on a JACKPOT HIT...

With us trading 210M in may.....I wouldn't be surprised if some of warrants or loan conversion shares have been fwd sold......the VOLUMES we see right now speaks for it self.. truly remarkable.....

As explained there is small amount of some 10m warrants still outstanding...thats approx another £500k for our coffers....this £165k will be walk in the park....excluding these 10m or so warrants we still have best part of £1.2m in cash...

All in all we are in excellent position....with 187m shares in issue ( from Tuesday ) ....and after all converted shares from outstanding £663k loan and 10m warrants ..we get upto 225m shares in issue....directors will be given 15m once hussar spuds....and 10m them mt winter spuds ( both of these will have 24mth lockin period )....this takes us to 250m shares in issue....as caution let's add another 100m shares for possible future placings etc ( precautionary only ) 100m at let's say 10p = £10m for our coffers..

More importantly for me we will end up with only 350m shares in issue....

With 350m worst case scenario.... our mc at 20p would be £70m at 30p £105m...at 50p £175m at £1 = £375m...

With HUSSAR GUSHING as we have seen with other shares on small caps....mc can reach few £BILLIONS ....thats plenty of £'s for us per share...

Trick is get ahead of the game...get in low like now....and then if and when they do placings at HIGHER level...it won't hurt you so much...as was the case with me at wsbn ( even though they took the mick )...

What I am mentioning with 350m is hypothetical.....most of our funding will come from our offtaker/s...and I have no doubt other majors will be joining us later on with us hitting JACKPOT..takeover at that stage can not be ruled out.

Lots to lots to look fwd to in next 6 mths-12mths or so....we indeed are in richnews period now..being out is very very risky imo.....another massive positive is...with low ave ..one can derisk near TD/results time...

Q3 approaching FAST ..... can't wait..

Drill baby Drill

We started thus month of MAY with placing of £1m ( MAY 1st )..then we conversions and warrants converted ..in total 58M shares were issued....

In this time from MAY 1st and today close of play..we have traded some 210M...

This is truly remarkable....yes it was annoying with all them share hitting the market...but we came through this tough period fighting hard and strong....share price itself ended the month TRIPLE DIGIT BLUE 🔵 🔵 🔵 from the lowest point after £1m placing announcement....no bad...

This period has been cocolidated nicely....last time only about 3mths/4mths ago we did from 3p to 10p over 200% BLUE 🔵 🔵 🔵 only on 61m shares being traded...

Do the maths...something like x3.5 more shares traded this time but we only went up by 100% 🔵 🔵 🔵 the reason is simple...overhang....and with today's volumes of almost 20MILLION we are on legs...one more good RNS will FLASH little overhang left..I have no doubt we could be hitting DOUBLE DIGIT BLUE 🔵 🔵 (10p) next to no time...

It should be cleared out..I don't know about others for me it's best to clear all this overhang...and get rid of Warrants/Conversions etc..now..at low price....the difference in clearing them now and later is HUGE....the price of conversion and warrants is the same no matter what....only difference is...they the warrant holders and conversion player get less profit...I rather they sell at 5p-8p mark than 15p-20p later....difference is huge..its like 200% difference...

Also this gives the likes of us smaller players to load up..at lower price....

Last thing we needed was all these shares being dumped later at HIGHER PRICE and putting breaks on our MASSIVE RISE towards and beyond 30p 1st real stop...

Real FUN starts in Q3 only one mth away...thats when HUSSAR SPUDS....at that time you will see many many more new faces on social media promoting GEX some of these new faces will be joining us have BIG DEEP POCKETS.......WATCH THIS SPACE...

£5m £10m £15m ++++ will be seen traded on daily basis in here later.....even more if we GUSH ..infact many multiple times over...

Get through JUNE with bit of PATIENCE ....with shareprice of round 10p-20p....and lots if manipulation and games being played ....then see FULL REWARDS there after in JULY onwards (Q3 )....

Yes 10% here or 20% there can be made...if you trade this...but for some of us...10% 20% is not worth the risk...we are after MANY MANY BAGS 💰💰💰💰💰
