In last 8 1/2 sessions we have traded some 3 BILLION shares...

VOLUMES are picking up...ahead of TRANSFORMATIONAL period...

I wouldnt be surprised...if we saw...3 BILLION+ being traded daily in coming days weeks....

Forget 3 BILLION ...which is only around £500k worth.....i can see us....TRADE x10 this amount with EASE on daily basis when we are drilling.....ON POSITIVE DRILL RNS day...£10M+ should be SMASHED on volumes front....

My GUESS...if and when the DRILL starts turning at NJOM-3....forget current £3m...m/c.....we could EASILY be looking at £20-£30M m/c....on SUCCESS....we should EASILY cross...£50M towards £100M...

Small risk is there...so are HUGE REWARDS!!!!

Price wise...we could be looking at ...around 0.15p+ during drill....and......0.30p-0.50p on SUCCESSFUL drill

GOOD thing about this current small correction is.....its still not on many pi's RADAR...on trp lse bb so far today only 19 posts...we are approaching DAYS when we will be seeing HUNDREDS of posts per hr...this is one of those shares which you LOAD UP on the side / quietly....ahead of the HERD...who always turn up on +VE news/rns's......here at TOWER we are not looking at just one POSITIVE update...but many TRANSFOMATIONAL/GAME CHANGING ones

Volumes have indeed picked up....me thinks......1st stop....0.21.....then....brakes come off...

My guess whilst drilling NJOM-3 well....trp could reach m/c of £30m+....thats over 10 BAGS from here....and then if results...flow rates etc...are confirmed to be +ve...than....£50m-£100m m/c will be seen within short-time......now....thats nice 25 BAGS+ possibly be4 yr end....no risk...no reward....high risk...HIGH REWARD!!!!....

Who is GEM....???

Well in last year when accounts were finally delivered ....pennpetro said the following....

"The Company also has access to a $20 million financing facility, signed in May 2021, which remains undrawn"

GEM has completed over 435 transactions in 72 countries worldwide

Pennpetro agreed to the issuance of up to 12 million warrants at 40 pence each to GEM.......if GEM was to exercise these warrants in full..for one.....they will be PAYING 300% PREMIUM from current levels....will bode well for...current holders below 10p.....2ndly and more importantly....not only we have access to $20m when-ever need it...but....warrants themselves will give us...EXTRA £4.8M...

First thing is first....we need to get ABOVE 40p levels...which is very very possible..in not distant future...

Last thing the deal mentioned above was signed in MAY 2021...and was still in place as of last years ACCOUNTS date...it is possible the deal is amended or withdrawn....but due to us being on the CUSP now...i doubt it will...terms and conditions should remain same.

I am expecting few RNS's around it....see below....we had 1 rns be4 suspension was lifted...and 2 after right..more or less straight away.....KEY this time is....J&J are at work in TEXAS...BUSY improving flow rates....

Maintaining MOMENTUM/SENTIMENT is KEY.....what a way to do it...via ...GLOBAL announcing POSITIVE/SUCCESSFUL news in TEXAS....just be4 and after come back from suspension....this time....LITHIUM news will be in the mix aswell...

Of course I know they are on main market....that doesnt stop them from being more popular than aim listed shares...hence I mentioned most popular than main market and aim combined.

When it comes to shares like pennpetro which are low on shares in issue / market cap etc...and above all demand is very very high not to mention most popular share on lse

/aim listing due to strong assets/deals...then I am afraid charts go out of window.

Why did we raise only £360k ?

My take due to upcoming suspension the company must have decided..let's raise bare minimum for these reasons..

1. Shut these trolls who keep mentioning placings

2. Company needed some extra funds to fast track this audit..only raised small amount as revenues will start to pour in from global soon.

3. Market was expecting major placings..hence some opening short positions..company didn't want to cover their big short positions...hence stuck 2 fingers at them..by issuing only 6m shares.

4. Why raise more.....then what was needed....my take is if they wanted they could have easily raised atleast £1m or £2m...on current demand/volume...they refused...big big plus for me.

Would anyone have believed it 2 weeks ago...pennpetro was going to raise monies at 6p when we were only 0.55...thats at like 1200% premium....wow...

It doesn't matter what way you think of it....I think issuing only 6m shares...has killed many birds with one stone...albeit I would have liked it at near 9p...then on secondhand we all know how many in this game get mate rates..its possible...£360k or at least bulk of it has gone to mates/family....would be interesting to see if we get to know via rns who bought these shares...could be our MR MILLION BUYER...
