First of all...on 1st look it seems like disappointing placing ...especially when they could have raised at higher price on return.....then i read the rns again....alongside 1st aug placing.....

On 1st Aug they said...£360k raised...shares will be issued after suspension is lifted.....today 2 things....1. The placing is expected to close 0n 16th ( today ) when they have already raised £300k key word here "EXPECTED"...strange....then 2. they go on to say..."shares will be issued shortly thereafter".......to me this suggests.....offer was made to company most likely....PEEL HUNT....so he could sort his books out somewhat and settle some of outstanding shares ( shorts ).....i might be wrong but thats what it looks like...

Secondly...its only another £300k....still peanuts....in a way it can be a good thing if we can advance our assets a little...be4 relisting....i hope some of this money is used re-LITHIUM project...and news is announced be4 we come back.....remember last time we had placing...they gave us DEAL / CONTRACT alonside it....hoping for another +VE rns possibly early next week.

Look at what GGP did when SUPER grades where achieved at HAVIERON at depth.....shareprice went MANYFOLD....went up from around 0.50p levels....to around 40p....it did not go straight from 0.5p to 40p over night it did so...over some time/period....give ARV bit of time....me thinks it will follow suit.....only difference will be imo...AVR wont need to go as deep as GGP did...what ARV have just found at shallower depths ( rock samples ) is hardly ever heard of...

BRING ON DRILLING at this location ASAP!!!!

Can you just imagine....what the LAB is going to go through...when DRILLING starts and assays are sent to them.....

Recently we have seen VOLUMES pick UP....out of no-where....still way below where we should be imo....

KEY for me is FEB2025...we need to drill NJON-3 by then or another extention.....my instinct says...we will get rns soon....confirming where we are at....PLAN was and still is to DRILL in Q4 2024....we still have time on our side....YES ...JA has taken too long in getting these papers/deal signed off....this gives him more of a reason to not F it up this time around.....We have been in long discussions with these current J/V partners...must be close to completion now....yes its frustrating but if you still believe in JA or TOWER then one should give him atleast until FEB2025.....remember we are were we are at ( 0.016 ) due to mis-management not delivering etc....NOT because of our ASSETS...in CAMEROON/NAMIBIA/S AFRICA......one right rns....these prices will be forgotten for good.

2 wks ago we was sitting near 0.01.....some were on the edge..

FAST FWD 2 wks from now...we will be 2 wks closer to our TRANSFORMATIONAL drill in THALI...and hopefully....shareprice in mid 0.02's ( without rns be4 hand )..with +ve rns we could easily cross 0.05...

Do not look at dips as disadvantage....take it as BUYING opportunity...

I was in a share few years back...this particular share was disliked/unloved had bad history..one of loyal holders posted on social media bb's that he had sold out over last few days as he had enough of bad management poor history etc...he sold at the lowest point...the very next day after his post...company had transformational rns the one the market had been waiting for last couple or so yrs....the shareprice started to move NORTH...and it did 6 BAGS ( on top of my head ) on short space of time...key point of note here...whilst this LTH was selling ...i was buying..as i knew once this company turns it will be fast and furious...it proved to be a right move.....yes it could have gone the other way....in this game we take our chances....

TOWER has all the hallmarks of being one of all times GREATS here on aim at current prices....at £100m+ ( on success in thali )...that would mean 40 BAGS from current levels...

TRICK is buy when others are fearful/not interested....and then when rns's start to drop...ENJOY the ride with MAX PROFITS...

Yesterday folks were PAYING 0.02....today as few traders have sold we are at 0.016 right now....what a an OPPORTUNITY / GIFT at these prices.....remember what gbp did yesterday.....it went up by 150% at one point...we not only have a BLOCK next to theirs in NAMIBIA but also...SOUTH AFRICA and CAMEROON......short-term...real GAME CHANGER for us is cameroon...we should/could become a PRODUCER by mid to late 2025....

For me the KEY in here is amount of £££££'s being traded in trp.....take today as an example....some 650m shares were traded...that amounts to £130k being exchanged....which is peanuts....yet we went up by over 20% at one point.....it looks like mm's are short...supply is getting smaller and smaller....
