What you do is phone HL and ask them to do your trade over the phone for the same as it would cost you to do it online as you are unable to do it online. If they say 'no KID', they are supposed to phone the company to send them the 'KID'. As always dyor etc
It seems as if the CWU finally understand the predicament that RM is in. It appears to me that, although the CWU lot can 'communicate', they may not have been much cop at listening or comprehension. It seems to me highly likely that the CWU will recommend a paycut to its subscribers as well as to accept an adjusted work ethic as a gesture of goodwill to save RM.
