Know0, I've seen many people on these boards over the years, but nobody like you. I hope it all works out well for you. But exercise some caution, if the expected/speculative news release at the end of the month amounts to nothing, this dog will sink lower.

This and esken are my duds for this year so far. I would have been better off going full-in on snr or gatc when I had the chance but I try to spread the risk rather than chase the pot at the end of the rainbow.

Well, it's now June. A while back somebody posted an indication from cpi indicating that we'd get an update in June. I want to see results and none of that garbage jargon other companies use such as 'step change' 'headwinds' etc. I only want to hear what they have actually managed to do or not to do and how much debt exists.

I'm not going to waste my energy trading this, I'll just wait for any announcements/updates in June. I'll most likely keep an eye on the forum but there isn't really anything left to discuss. I just hope they don't 'win' contracts just for the sake of generating cashflow. Let's have some good margin profit rather than charity work.

@notaflipper - you got me. I didn't read the FY. I only looked at what I considered to be the numbers. Thank you very much for not leaving me in the dark.

I take the view that whatever they sold ESS for, you can perhaps knock off £51.3m and take into account any consequential tax to get a better picture of what ESS eventually went for.

That's precisely the point I am trying to make. Was the £51.3m part of the sale??? It strikes me as odd that they would include that, accurate, figure in their calculations (so they would know what the revenue & profit & expenses for it is)... for something they no longer own.

@notaflipper; what I'd like to know, because I feel totally in the dark about this, is that the £51.3m was supposedly stripped out but must have gone somewhere in whole or in part. Could it have been part of the sale, it must be somewhere. This is what I don't understand. Where am I going wrong??
