At the end ,it's looking like the mm s are struggling to fill orders ( looking at the time of the trade ) We know optiva took 3% but never released an RNS holdings . IMO they've dipped below the 3% threshold with the 10,000 drops ,at the same time IMO they are hoping for other sellers to appear to fill orders ,trying to avoid diminishing their own holding .
