Roland’s track record of meeting self imposed twitter deadlines is poor and I’d argue that we’re already no longer in ‘early February’ but the RNS which is likely to be more accurate would allow until mid march.l and that would be far from a mid term disaster but could cause short term pain if things don’t materialise sooner rather than later.

In my experience here the GOI approval has taken several months of toing and froing.

I think people have realised that the deal may fall through and even if it doesn’t it will likely take 3-4 months to be signed off by the Indian Government.

There’s no smoke without fire and a 50% rise off the back of no RNS usually means something positive has leaked out, given they are currently in the process of sand jetting I wouldn’t be at all surprised to be hearing some positive news on that sooner rather than later.
