Good post BCB,
You know where I sit with this, as does everyone. Holding. Long and strong. Just the million Ozs is a great big fat return, plus the definitive statement of 65% interest.
Keeping the faith, and I promise not to be smug when it eventually comes good. It’s likely to be a rocky road, but it’ll get there.
Hopefully Rupert will begin marketing this business more pro-actively…..but not too soon as I want to keep accumulating. :-))
Ok, nice one Richy
That goes with my thoughts last week that the aerials have given us the targets, but a land based gravity survey is now underway to define it…..crikey!
Holding, naturally!
Hi Richy
Board seem keen to engage to understand why market hasn’t understood the potential.
I spoke with Charlie for 30 minutes today and he seems to be gaining an appreciation of the message - to be fair, I took a fair bit away from the conversation, and whilst I always had a commitment to this regardless, Charlie provided a deeper perspective, so was a useful exercise for me.
I’ll push for the investor call early next week if I’ve not hear from Charlie by Tuesday.
Just touched base with Charlie,
He’s offered to organise a call with Rupert….
If you want to get in, find me on telegram under my username. I’ll link you into the cobra group on there….
“On another note we all know the board will have to raise funds after this round of drilling if not before.”
Yes; it’s inevitable. Would be nice to see some good results before they smash that in our face, but it’s got to come in order to get our upwards trajectory on ownership.
I think the Gravity survey is relatively quick and simple…depends if they choose airborne or land based. Land based takes a little longer to set up, but seeing as they know the targets (and if the targets are of appropriate size) then land based may be used. An aerial survey can be sorted real quick….but I think this has already been performed to some degree, and has led to the IOCG targets being identified. So it could be that a more detailed land based survey is carried out….
Ask Charlie Stephenson, or I can, if you like?
Lionhead acknowledges that Cora intends to undertake private placements to enable existing shareholders to subscribe +US$3.75m in the Equity Financing and +US$3.75m in the Convertible Financing such that Lionhead's participation in the Project Financing may be reduced by such amounts.
A fee equal to 3% on up to US$25 million Project Financing shall be paid by the Company to Lionhead on receipt of the proceeds in respect of the Equity Financing and Convertible Financing by Lionhead.
Really important to recognise that shareholders will also have the opportunity to subscribe to up to 7.5m of said facility, reducing the load (and fee - although the brokers will impose the same) on lion head and reducing impact of dilution, should you wish to subscribe….a mine does not build itself on shirt buttons.
25m
Good terms for existing shareholders too
What a belter
Interesting that we have 22 targets…..
And a little red dot!
Hi Burleigh
I take your point; it’s often a mis-represented term. There’s a few on here who insist on round numbers….nothing wrong with being on the scale!
Good luck, have a great weekend all
The Ggp effect….well, that doesn’t help, but what’s really interesting here is the shallow nature of the ground, the nature of the sub ground and that we’re not confined to one deep deep target in order to hit pay dirt.
Not only that, but the shares In issue, the fact that it’s main market and we are just steadily building towards increased ownership.
In years to come, people will look back and say ‘I wish I had seen it’……well luckily they don’t as it allows visionaries and risk takers to accumulate at these levels….
We are slowly executing a plan to get to 1m ozs….after the results from the earlier drills have shown, there’s gold there. We have already 211k ozs even before the stuff from last year…..
Onwards….head down….bottom drawer, whatever you want to call it…..crypto speak is HoDL….
It’s already got 5.6p all over it, but that’s all timing and jigsaw pieces assembled, just at the current Jorc..but you only need to ask me what price I’m waiting for…..it’s a good stretch past 10p. It’s not an overnight result, though, so I’ll just keep getting it cheap when I can afford it.
Well said Michael
Welcome burleigh.
This is a share where some considerable patience is required….best to consider buying some cyanoacrylate to apply to your fingers
Hi old man
Looks like there’s another big buy trying to be met; I think they’re fishing for weak hands.
Good post BCB….thanks for posting
DTM
Interesting numbers In the bot trades, don’t you think?
But I first invested at around 22p. I topped out at above £2, with slices, and have been accumulating on dips. The fundamentals of this business are unchanged in all that time since my first investment.
It’s always annoying to see investors arguing over minutiae……donger-swinging is not a great show.
As we all are Mozax,
It’s sticky hand syndrome; there’s a fair bunch of us with very tight grips. I’ll be here watching folk come and go, sweeping up what I can.
Small free-float, relatively, so when it goes, it’ll move quicker divorce lawyer on a contingent fee.
Hi BCB,
I’ve been here as long as most; just sitting it out. DTM is here longer, naturally, but he’s even more fanatic than I.
Hope all is well? Keeping the faith in this main market nugget
Just over 4m of these little gems now….
I’m not expecting nor wanting rapid growth. I need time to catch up to BCB!
Hi BCB
Nothing you’ve said is off message. Keeping the faith like you.
Definitely a seller been offloading; there aren’t that many, so we will see who it is at some point….
