SD you are a moron. Of course you can block posters. I just filtered your tag and miraculously all your posts have disappeared. Now shove off, there's a good fellow. Don't bother replying..I won't see it.
If the fund is liquidated, then around 108p would be returned to shareholders if the assets are sold at current levels. The gap between share price and nav is too wide so a 9p div is more likely than winding up.

A lot of behind-the-scenes activity going on I imagine...tedium for shareholders, but we can't influence the speed of development. Let's hope KC is fighting our corner hard and we come out of this with a good settlement. 1B euros would be a good result and chump change for the European auto industry.
Shareholder frustration is beginning to boil over, with seemingly little information coming to the owners of the business...i.e. us! KC take note.
There are probably good reasons why the management is fairly quiet, but a number of shareholders have large investments here and watching other opportunities pass by while our funds are tied up is annoying. I know I have. I regret I have nothing useful to add about technical matters, although having held for so many years I am going to wait for the outcome of a decent profit which I hope will come eventually.
51p in the US, but London rightly cautious about buying into this rise. Without news we all know what will happen by Friday...
Up strongly today, 54p at time of writing. What is the news?

Those just moaning about the share price should bear in mind the company has raised cash this year to fund growth. AAF is in an expansion phase and things could look quite different next year when dollar strength begins to weaken. Things could happen quickly. I view c.110 as a good entry point.
This project has become massively important for the Continent.
No wonder EMH is under radio silence.
We have had hints from KC and that is all we are going to get until the project is unveiled in its entirety.
Lack of news about offtakes is not down to KC
I agree, added a few myself and trying to look 12 months ahead. Plus I like Wagamamas new menu.
Restaurants still full near me anyway.
smells like panic selling to me...many Reits affected even the supposed inflation proof ones.
The answer is to start feeding money into these as no one can call the bottom, but getting future earnings of 11% now is ridiculous and this might climb to 15% or more. Having seen more than my fair share of stock market busts I can only say the market will recover in time and Reits are starting to look very cheap.
Results were not inspiring any buyers.
Most holders are so underwater the shares are bottom drawer certificates.
News on the way...last few days to buy at under 50p maybe. About time we had a dfs update.
Or conversely late buying setting us up for 60p on Monday.
58p in Oz....has Keith found a biro?
