Step 1. 125% tax on landlord’s rental income.
Step 2. 90% windfall tax on future house price sales gains, backdated 10 years.
Step 3. No more housing benefits, so rents need to be low.
Step 4. Landlord licensing, charged at £500 per room.
Step 5. Non payment = landlord forfeits house to working tenant.

Don’t get ill landlords, because NHS nurses and doctors have now got your high rents to pay for, while you go golfing, so no longer worth their hard work and efforts.

It’s time they stopped working!

Hopefully Starmer will tackle the growing landlord economic problem. Taxes and harsh penalties for all landlords, then help workers to work, making nurses and worker’s jobs even worth it.

I can’t imagine any doctor or nurse wanting to work really hard, unlike lazy landlords, to work for paying a selfish landlord to golf.

Absolutely zero logic to working for paying landlord’s rent and government should stop this selfishness and give future workers a good motive to work hard. Easy!

And if I was a NHS nurse or doctor?
Guess what?

Same thing, why work hard?
Let the landlords go private and pay more!
