Well, I am usually right.

Just think, billions wiped off and Landlord Lloyds investor’s lolly flushed down the To I Let.

Cannot believe my eyes.

Just to be first in, Landlord Lloyds are down…. again.

My 31p prediction beckons.

What was once an amusing sign above a door, saying “To I Let” is now the scourge of the UK, creating recession and economic disaster for the masses, benefitting the few. Amusingly, the few are first to complain about high inflation, high tax etc. and bugger off to live abroad.

Grabbed by landlords. The problem grows exponentially, fewer and fewer houses owned by one home owners.

Recession is the cost of such instability and gross government incompetence, for allowing and creating previously mentioned causes.

Houses today are stupidly over priced. Fact. But why so?

1.Immigrants. (Over population)

2. Banks.(Lending too much to 1)

3. Landlords.(Include all the above)

4. Government (all the above) and their failure to prevent the above from success. Eg. Government includes all of the above, so why shoot themselves in the foot?

The UK is now a foreign country, run by foreign people, for foreign people. (Now an unstable country)
