If they were the only company involved in the current bid situation this would have been disclosed via an RNS

I think the biggest worry a few months ago like a few other big names was were they going to the wall !! At last just recovered from the spread !! As i'm sure you did i bought into this after someone told me about Vphase so i did the research and discovered this little gem valued at NIL !!. As soon as this comes up on the radar with a bit more news it should start to move.

This is the only stock i follow which is anywhere near the March Low , so the upside is there for the taking at this price...

I agree , I'm sure the people who invested £40 million by way of the 80 million preference shares in November 08 will not want to sell out at less than their 50p per share stake... also as at April 09 accounts the asset value was £38 million or 22p each ... DYOR
