Agree, 2p max if you hang on to the end or possible suspension if it does not happen IMO. It looks like they are prepared to take everything else at 1.65p as the price has not budged with all the sells. Pity as i held these for 2 years with high hopes but decided to throw in the towel. GLA

ACE have nothing to lose by playing hard ball with the Insurers to recover some money as they went bust as a result and credit hire is not the focus of their remaining business. HHR are in bed with the insurance industry so looks like they are having to tread a bit more carefully to preserve their business but have still had several insurers indicate they would be interested in negotiated settlements. I am as disappointed as others we could not hold the gains but we are still almost double the SP before all this drama. IMO still worth waiting for some hard news on the Autofocus claims but looks like another 6 months now. GLA

It would be interesting to know why the directors feel they should not be buying shares in the company they run. Surely they could give a straight answer ie, 1. Against LSE rules at the moment. 2. Can't afford it. 3. Investing in other company's instead. 4.Wife won't let me have any pocket money. 5. In possession of very market sensitive information which prohibits any trading in HHR but it should be out soon when i will be filling my boots !! Any others you can think off ? :-> Blah Blah !!

Just read another article in ft and ace estimated their losses at 50m and hhr are twice as big imo

Only question I want answering is what is there worst case recovery from the autofocus fraud, and they must have figure!!

Very strange that the directors would not pick any up unless constrained by regulations

The more I look into this company the more confident I get. All the competition has more or less gone bust, Accident exchange is changing direction and hhr believe the new regulatory changes will be beneficial. The first autofocus cash will transform this sp. Imo I'm looking for a market cap of over 20m at least in the short term as the debt is covered by receivables.

IMO It sounds like there original claim was £57.5m but accepted they would not get that ammount with negotiated settlemnents.

As i see it 1.we are pretty sure we will be getting circa £10m from the Autofocus case so our market cap is underpinned now. 2.we are in profit 3.paying down the debt at £20m per year 4. dividends in 2 years 5. market cap of £40m ? for a company making 5m TO £220m ?

Does not seem to be any logic to this at the moment so will just have to wait for the next move, Not as much fun as last friday counting our paper money !!

So tempted to pile in again at 2p as this is being manipulated big time IMO but will let my account digest a million for now.

IMO the offer will be extended if they do not get the required shares and then more scare stories will come out on the state of the company finances. They may be buying as my million got snapped up without affecting the bid price. No chance of any Akmola news until all wrapped up but i will watch how it pans out from the sidelines. GLA.
