Just mopped up the last lot at 7.5p now ticked up.

If the market has got the value about right with the preference shares ie 80million x 41p = £32million then 10% of that would currently value the ordinarys at about 8p IMO but correction welcome.

Got in here after one of those "tips" on holiday last week and did a bit of research, IMO this is the future and they are off radar at the moment but not for long me thinks. I can't wait to get one fitted in 2011 !! DYOR

60% of projected sales achieved so far so would expext to exceed target sales, If this continues with no writedowns we should see good profits IMO

Management Statement out on Friday so we will have to wait and see what they say, but this whole thing seems to has been a disaster for the SP.

Back from Holiday and down a bit more ? Will look at topping up here as does seem a crazy mkt cap if they manage to get back into profit. Think this one has just been forgotten until some good news comes out but DYOR.

I would think BSG will take their holding to just over 75% so other shareholders have no say in anything they want to do , so will not need the other 25%. Check out the previous situation at Bateman Engineering which was delisted in April 09 and is now having a new share issue which will dilute any remaining investors by 5 , Best to move on as plenty other fish to fry. IMHO

On board here @ 8.5p which i think is a good price having watched and researched it for a while. Good products , Assets 26 million , borrowings manageable , savings made of nearly 5 million a year and new chinese factory now up and running. Will give it 6 months to perform. IMO

That trade is no coincidence , should be investigated as it is probably a director. IMO

This used to be a fine company , destroyed by incompetent management. I just hope the administrator sends them down the road now and it isn't a pre pack job and they pick it up for a quid. The writing was on the wall here when Paul Bell said he would vote against the boards greed and lose his investment to stop the restructure which would hand them 10% for free. IMO

Totally agree lower sp when more shares in issue but not the halving of the market cap on this one prior to the RI as it's not for working capital or to pay down debt. Company will have more cash in the bank than costain. BW

Let's hope so it has not performed as expected so far, as nothing has fundamentally changed from when they announced the RI to buy up more plots of land. Checking my Investors Chronicles's from July 09 the NAV was then 80p (now £8.00) even without the RI cash and has been a consistant "BUY"

Must be something brewing , you wouldn't throw £10k at this dog on a wim IMO. Only just breaking even now after a six month wait.

Totally baffled to , even with the nil paid i am losing my shirt. I hope it is just the mm's driving down the price so they can pick up the stock but why would anyone sell at these prices ?

Told will take a few days for the RI shares to be posted to accounts, believe the last payment date is then 21/10/09.

I am only breakeven at £4.30 here after the rights so was not expecting such a large drop went in quite heavy expecting at least a 10% margin after everything settled, Is this still a realastic expectation ? Market CAP now only 149m but was 250m other day and i was expectiong 350m with the rights issue cash, wisdom apreciated
