No Debt , £140 million Turnover and only £13 million market cap , Come on lets have a Take over approach so we can get moving back to 50p.

Not as much movement as i would have expected but i don't think it was a day to be investing !!. My Breakeven is 7.5p so not to bad , Think we will have to wait for the full results in June now GLA

Next prelim announcement MAY 2010 so could come anytime, lets just hope it's a good one and we finally see some action.

Also determined to squeeze a profit out of this one after letting 50p go by, but also spreading the risk with HVE which is in the same boat but half the mkt cap. worth a look IMO.

Never seem to learn ! Once heard just because a share has lost 50% don't mean it can't lose another 50%....

Nice Buy gone through, wonder if it was a Director !! Still think these should be 15p by year end IMO.

Any suggestions why the directors would not be showing some faith in this and bring down there averages, no buys since Jan 09...

I have this and API as major SP recovery plays based on current Market Cap compared to T/O.

Showing as a sell. Think it would be good if STY looked at these with there cash pile !

Thanks for the post, very quite in here as news is like hens teeth. Keeping faith in these as a medium to long term turmaround as the Market Cap is crazy for a company this size. Could be a hidden gem when their markets recover if the management are buying as indicated.

Think it will be quite here until next trading update which should be more positive than results to Sept were.

T2B Lets hope Thursday brings good news on this one, managed to get quite a few these at 8p so looking for a return to at least 12p+ fingers crossed.

Is now 44 million not 26 as shown on here , these are now down 40% from the previous 10p sp so a total stitch up.

These are nil paid rights issue shares which you can sell if you do not want to take up the 49p RI shares. Crystal Ball for 2nd question but should recover to pre RI breakeven at 79p IMO.

No these are not available to buy they have been sold direct to institutions for £1.65 hence the drop as a 3rd more shares now in issue. Should strengthen the company going forward but would not expect anything from the SP for a while with so many more shares in issue. IMO

Well were locked in here now for the RI rollercoaster, Expect will bomb on monday to below a quid as breakeven at closing price including full entitlement of new shares will be 79p, Someone is confident though putting nearly £100k in at the close !.

The Company's negotiations over banking facilities are progressing well and we expect to reach a conclusion by the end of this calendar year, well ahead of the external deadline of February 2010. We will announce their conclusion as appropriate. Our preliminary results for the financial year ended 30 September 2009 will be announced once these discussions are concluded.

Drove past the factory in Poynton today , looks nice and Busy !

Looking good , some relatively big buys today so maybe confidence returning, just need a news article or coverage now.
