I’m not a market guru, but it seems to me that QED have taken advantage of the over subscription to issue even more shares. Was that really necessary, or opportunistic? I’m guessing that equates to yet another dilution. It seems my longed for Porsche is rapidly becoming a Volkswagen

Good to see the SP stabilizing. Hopefully the profit takers are done for now & we can hopefully look forward to another steady climb

Now, I know I’m not a prolific poster, but I’ve put the occasional comment in when I felt I had something relevant to say. I am however a prolific follower of this board and find it hugely informative - and entertaining.

Not being someone from a financial background it’s been something of a learning curve, and there a few on here that have been enormously helpful.

To counter that there are also some whose only aim seems to be ousting disparaging crap! (You know who you are)!!

In amongst all this drama I have to ask what happened to Saudi Arabia projects? We were two signatures away from a groundbreaking deal there in 2017. Since then Quadrise have changed their local agent from one unknown to another unknown and still not a single piece of news . Having worked in Saudi for 25 years, eventually finishing with Saudi Aramco, I contacted JM. He simply wasn’t interested. I think this has been the reaction in several other cases

What a total f*^@ing joke. I’m an lth and want this to succeed. But it’s hard, if not impossible to have any faith in a board that’s developed such an awful talent of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory

I think if Leandra was taking on anything other than standard bunker fuel we’d know by now. The silence from Quadrise is deafening

Vince - I think it’s more than likely Leandra is running on VLSFO , or Frankenstein fuel, as it’s in European waters. But either way I remain confident that an MSAR / BioMSAR fun will surely show beyond doubt that it’s huge technical, commercial and eco step forwards

Fyoz I agree for the most part, but I think more recently the disconnect is down to the sheer volume of missed targets. You can only cry wolf so often before the shepherd stops listening. Two lots of share dilution won’t have helped either.

Once again I’d clarify that I truly believe they have a great world beating product, but the management of it, marketing and notifying, has been somewhat lacking. Yet I still remain wildly optimistic

In my years of following a few companies I don’t think I’ve seen any other company fail to meet so many deadlines / targets / assurances. This isn’t a failure of Quadrise, but an abject failure of senior management in not recognizing the fiscal and reputations damage with each new failure. I’m doing so they have inevitably affected the SP and had to beg for more cash, thus diluting the (hopeful) return. I think it would be hard to find an outfit that promises so much and delivers so little

Anyone know if Quadrise has any presence in this years Energy Week, happening this week in London?

For those not familiar it’s an annual event formerly called IP week, which is attended by literally hundreds of major players across both the energy and shipping industries, including bunker suppliers and traders. I would have thought this would be a. Ideal event for Quadrise to attend and put a presentation together for.

Another missed opportunity perhaps?

With all the positive news we’ve had in the last few weeks I genuinely can’t understand why the SP is sliding again. I can only assume it’s meddling by the mischief - I mean market makers
