SR - at the time I write my post Google was showing the price at 3.21. Currently this week it’s showing a 5 day drop of 8% and a 1 month drop of 17%.

Morning all, the end of another positive week as we see the SP continue its downward trend. Not much from our new CEO, but probably still bedding in. Much more concerned about the total lack of anything even remotely tangible from our not so recently appointed Head of Marine ……

Quadrise is pleased to announce the finalisation of our long-awaited collaboration with MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company and Cargill for a groundbreaking operational trial of our cleaner fuels. 

 

The vessel trial, on the MSC Leandra V in active commercial operation, will see Quadrise lower emission, lower cost fuel solutions powering the main engine. Following a short MSAR® test, bioMSAR™ will be used for a total of 4,000 hours ahead of commercial supply upon successful trial completion. 

 

This agreement with MSC and Cargill represents an important step forward on the journey towards a cleaner, greener marine industry as we work collectively to reduce vessel emissions and ultimately deliver a net zero future, with Quadrise solutions at the centre. 

This comes almost 6 months to the day after our last industry high flyer Linda Sorensen was appointed Head of Marine.(No mention in that RNS that it was only part time)! Since we’ve heard, ummm, basically nothing. So please do excuse me if I find it difficult to get excited about another highly experienced super duper track record industry professional being added to the salary count.

I do hope I’m wrong, but after 14 years of somewhat misplaced optimism I’ll wait and see.

SJS given I’ve been a LTI for over 10 years and not seen a single project delivered, let alone ontime, I don’t think it’s right to confuse HF’s honest comment with negativity.

hf - i don’t often disagree with your comments but i do on this one. let’s not forget jm inherited a bag of **** but leaves the role with the company healthy and a very positive future.

i haven’t always been his greatest fan, and lime others am disappointed we still don’t have any significant commercialization yet. but he’s drawn us back from the brink and stopped a lot of us losing our investment. he has shown tenacity and determination - and dealt with no small amount of hostility.

his only fault in my view was sometimes being too optimistic, but i think overall he’s done a great job and will continue to be a huge benefit to us. i wish him well in his new role

Testing is now underway on the drilling samples from Valkor following their arrival at QRF.

HF my post wasn’t to claim I know what’s going on in Morocco, I don’t.

And in spite of his usual know-it-all rhetoric, nor does StockPot. My post was to refute his claim where he suggests that people disagree with him because no one else has ever run a business. Or the frankly ludicrous claim that complex businesses ‘wait for a gap’. No, they pre plan!

Although a lth, over 10 years now, I’m not a prolific poster, but don’t post to be a know all or sensationalist , traits StockPot sometimes displays and which appears to show why he sometimes isn’t too well received on here

@StockPot clearly you think you know better. For the record I have run a business, integral to the oil business. I went on to spend my last 7 of 25 years in the ME working in Saudi Aramco Crude Oil Sales and Marketing Dept. If you had enough experience you would know that you don’t wait for gaps to appear in production to do anything. Things are pre-planned with meticulous attention to detail to optimize not just production, but efficiently implement any activities to ultimately enhance profit margins.

@whiskeyman I think I’m with Wonga on this one. I’m an LTH and nothing seems to have strung us along as much as tbe Morocco project, with delay after delay after delay. Is it time for Quadrise to scale back on that and concentrate on MSC and Utah, which is where I personally have a greater chance of successful commercialization

Unfortunately I never got my full allocation. So I’ll hold the cash ready to jump in Monday when profit taking drops the SP

Blackwash - yeah I get that, and the interest in the offer oozes investor confidence. My point is that they would have calculated beforehand how much they were looking for. Having done that, and with a little Valkor cash to look forward to as well, was it really necessary to issue even more shares?
