Been reading yesterdays posts... I have much sympathy for those who were spooked into selling at a loss.. The board did not help matters by stating more on finance to follow in a few weeks.. WHAT?? WHY??

Oh deary me... If only JW and Co would update the market on a regular basis.. This type of thing would probably not rock the share price as much.. Harl is a sitting duck and will remain so IMO until the the reporting gets much better.. As I have said before the shareholders have been very badly treated IMO... Goodness knows how well this company will do in the future.. (as always folks do your own research..) Good Luck....

Yes Lottie123 and Findingtheta.... I agree... What a carry on this is....The brakes are permanently on the share price because there is really nothing to drive it foreward... For those not invested here I would say steer well clear until the sandstorm has completely cleared.. But perhaps it's going to be one of those "nearly companies"... Time will tell.. (Do your own research folks and good luck.. 😕)

There is much comment regarding the finance deal here. Is there a chance that the deal will not or cannot be done? Or is it just a question of when not if?

Yes there seems to be a lot of adverse comment of investing in AIM shares generally... Should investors therefore shun this market despite various AIM companies looking appealing..??.. The share price volatility seems an issue and this is leading to some odd valuations.. I think individual investors need to be aware of these drawbacks decide for themselves whether to invest or not.. as always DYOR...

Yes Broom tree "uncertainty in investors minds"..... You would think they were running a market stall.. But hey ho...

Over the past couple of years there has always been a case for investing here as the company looked attractive(and still does) .. It's a great shame that now so many investors are underwater.. At the various times of their investment this positivity has prevailed.. and was the reason for them to invest.. It's seems most unfair but that has been the way of things.. Anyway GLA..

What's next?

I was recently thinking about investing here... perhaps it's as well I didn't...i don't know how the SP will fare going foreward but this case will cast a cloud over it.. rightly or wrongly.. and whilst it looks tempting to buy now I have decided to leave well alone and look elsewhere..

Broom tree 16.27. I agree with your analysis here... The company's financial reporting record has been dreadful ( and imo this is not likely to change)... many of the genuine posters on here have been sold down the river by Jw and Co.. There really should not be this level of uncertainty going foreward.. I question the company's ability to deliver on its contracts when it can not evenkeep the market and it's shareholders properly informed... as always DYOR..

Yes Xenor I may well be proved wrong.. We shall see.. I don't think it's essential for one to be a shareholder in a company to offer comment..

Although not invested here I am very interested in Harl... My current view is positive long term but wary of the continued low share price. I also feel that confirmation of the financing is not going to materially affect the share unless it is accompanied by some other significant good news.. As always do your own research and sums folks👍

Been looking through today's postings and must say everyone seems to be trying to make sense of things at S4 and it's a pleasure to see diligent comments without personal bickering which blights many boards.. 👍
