Assuming a labour government I think R Reaves will have plenty on her desk and Harl might not be in the top layer of matters to attend to. As other posters have said the delay of audited accounts and the SP suspension have done Harl no favours.... Time will tell....

Really the suspension could have been avoided I am sure... There is a sort of arrogance present here and it is par for the course.. J W and the Board have consistently kept the market under informed and the company now has a reputation for this..As I said previously this is a high risk investment.. with possibly poor governance ... Look what happened to S4 Capital and its governance issues presided over by Sir Martin Sorrell.... Why do supposedly intelligent and capable people have this capacity to shoot themselves in the foot... Very silly......

Yes Stokey 12...wouldnt you have thought that if there were going to be some likely contentious issues that the audit could have been started earlier or arrangements be made to give both parties enough time so as to comply with accounts filing requirements.. Obviously if there is a. stalemate the auditors would have no other option but to qualify their report...

I do hope the company's auditors are giving this shower a rough time... Just saying..

I read with interest all the current posts here and it seems difficult to assess what's really going on. Whilst the majority of my posts tend to be critical of the company (and quite rightly so) I do wish Harl success. There does appear to be a lot going for it. These are uncertain times and the company must be partly dependant on the political decisions that will be made in the coming months...for that matter as with many companies!!!... Good luck all!

Thought I would try itvx for a change of viewing... I selected "the Terror"... Quite good series but adverts every few minutes... I won't be returning to itvx.. Pity!!
