What’s clear to me is the company has reduced everybody’s holding to literally no value !! In fact it’s so small we are all happy to burn it. The big question is do we hold more then 25 percent to stop it been voted through.
If the company had not been so greedy there is a chance that it may actually of had some investors to see the new company through. But again they’ve reduced everyone’s holding to peanuts that it would take £5 plus a share to break even.
