At the very least, Zoetic needs to update their significant shareholder information, as it stands it conflicts the TR1 just issued regarding spreadex.

Possibly just administrative oversight, possibly not.

If you add the holdings of spreadex and story together, it amounts to almost the correct amount on the TR1 above, (link below) note the voting rights haven’t been transferred across and spreadex have the same voting rights % as per zoetic major shareholder tally. 5.01%

Imho, story has transferred his shares across to spreadex as a vessel to hide his selling, otherwise where are the voting rights?
Just my theory dyor, but it sure seems nailed to the floor at this level.
Regardless if I’m right or wrong, there’s an iceberg seller about, who has a Laissez-faire attitude to TR1 compliance.
