Resignation of Nomad and Broker The Company announces the resignation of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") from its position as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, of which the Company was given notice from Stifel after U.K. close of business on 19 June 2017. The resignation will take effect from 5.00 p.m. U.K. close of business today, Tuesday 20 June 2017. This will result in the suspension of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares with effect from 7:30 a.m on 21 June 2017, before cancellation of the listing on 27 June 2017.

Thanks to doubleheadedcoin and Shareinterested for making me see sense. I had sold out in a fit of pique but bought back and more at the beginning of the month... Appreciate your advice and stance.

If it was correct that 85% of the SH voted for delisting, one has to assume that they are either LT holders or new positions added to by those LT holders for the vote.. Either way probably unlikely that they are interested in selling anything (down here) so that just leave a few small number of disenfranchised holders and then the shorts....I would think there is probably a shortage of stock now so offers hard to come by.. Just a guess but happy to be told a more compelling version.

No .. I just sent my email to comms@adv-fusionex.com to ask for advice. I mentioned in it that according to some SH's that they don't answer emails...So lets see. I wasn't invited to vote at the EGM so don't have high hopes.

ok thanks for that...just a very odd few days. Now I have calmed down, I have just bought a chunk. Long term play it has to be an almost no risker here. if it goes off exchange, I can live with that.

This company has cost me so much money over the years. I there in the towel last year, only to get back again recently when it looked like things were progressing. To get this now is a real kick in the face, regardless of the cost of it. Whilst I understand the need to take some sort of action this was the last thing they should have done. What happens to our share holdings now if the vote it through ? Whatever it will be , we will get pennies on the pound back I would have to think ? Anyone got a positive scenario ?

Sorry to take so long to reply. In short, I took the money and did so in many year end. Luckily I got back into some BUT left FEN alone. I'm starting to look at it again so back to view this thread which hasn't moved...says a lot I guess Any strong opinion?

Great story, and getting a lot of coverage, but no upside movement. Normally that's a pretty negative sign, yet I cant bring myself to close out. Surely there is another leg coming.... Any thoughts ?

up 14% on this stock and (sadly) its probably one of the best performers in my portfolio. I'm considering doing some clearing out and cant decide on FEN. I like the story but has it got anything left in the tank ? Would be interested to hear any (moderately) unbiased views if there is anyone watching ?

Thanks for updating this chat. Looks like you are the only one who is interested. However , you are not...but I guess no one us know what to say. Personally , Ive been a LTH of these and topped up recently because I feel common sense must prevail eventually. My only problem for holding these shares is that there are so many better performing ones out there, luckily some are in my portfolio too, so wondering what you think is the potential on these puppies ?
