Pheonix starts with a P,.
From website, there was discussion at AGM even, pertaining to possibly of building a new plant in the open pit to make access to the underground portion easier. Over 1 million oz down there, it was to getvoff ground only the open pit initial atudy.
Manica Key Features
•1.262 moz SAMREC compliant Au Resources (782koz measured and indicated)
•Low cost, near-term ready-to-build production
•Metallurgical risk solved by fine grinding and pressure oxidation
•Additional nearby prospects for further exploration success, namely: Guy Fawkes, Boa Esperanza, Dot’s Luck, all have declared resources
•Publically released information outlines a mine plan based on Fair Bride only producing approx. 215Koz over 7 years
• Further optimisation is possible and ongoing
The shortage is very relevent, if demand can push price up to 10k, 12 k a ton, then the asset will be very good asset.
Not to mention other copper prospects in Zambia, given cash and higher copper price, even Eureka can be revisited....
Short term, barring being told how much cash is actually hitting our accounts, the most pressing news is the upgrade of plant at fairbride without any break in production, preferably a second plant that can run in parallel, ideally meaning this needs to be in place early 2025, so plans need to be announced and acted on early 2024, as was promised at the AGM. We also need to invest in this plant, to up the 23% we get at present, seem to think total, $10 million was mentioned.
This will also allow going underground, once the open pitting.
Price movement a tad harsh today....
To get that right with positive and stuck to time lines, would createca lot of positivity, or do I ask too much?
I personally want to see the income clarifieid and shouted from roof tops, followed with firm indication as to how much we will contribute to the plant upgrade, and what percentage we will then receive, with definite plan to go underground and reap what we can of the 1.2 million oz that are hiding there.
So H1 results, showed no income from Q2, when at AGM, total production @60+kg month, apr, may, june, july was mentioned, and it follows Q3, should also be pretty good, noting cost per oz for Q1, will have been high due to the rain mud etc., it could be a significant difference. Goodness I hope they can quick fire those two, with some other tit bits around and inbetween to restore some positivity here, basis ...
Not me, never been tall and slim. And cannot ever remember uttering words chartered accountant in my life, but yes realise yiu were on back row, left side as we sat, I was in middle.
Hey also need to find somewhere to put the plant
Hi Dani, not sure we ever spoke, I was one sat at front with odd socks, colin asked me to ask first question.
My take on BR was that the 2 MT is there, just needs more exploration, it will expand and expand as and when it is developed, but we won't be doing that, not the plan, (concentrate on maximising stability and income at Manica), high grade better not to sort, that will be profitable, sort capex and more for whole project, lower grade needs the sorting really, and they are looking into different sorting methods. Copper price is going to catch up, and sale will happen, but how long that piece of string is is anyones guess.
Timeline for the new model was now, mid sept, (but as copper not flying high, we might wait for that), meantime they look to progress projects in Zambia and seek others that can be progressed within bounds of Manica income, while price is good.
Colin wants to line ducks up news wise, with series of announcements, with aim to see a sustained rise and rerate.
Patience needed and watch this space was basic take from it.
Ords to that effect, strike while iron hot,

Ot restricted to selling the dore bars in Moz, can sell in Dubai etc
It looks ok to me, nothing major to pay up front, the licences are held by others, who cannot afford exploration costs, we can so are able to, "buy in", relatively cheaply via exploration, these are far bigger licences than others the previously came, or came and went. It may well be we fast track phase 1, as only need to spend $2 million over an initial 2 year period, lets now see what Q2 brings in.
Deffo worth a punt with expected levels of income.
Interesting to see if Colin will be doing a Podcast on this?
Not the King of Vulgaria after all...
XRP is a crypto coin popping up in many ads here on LSE...... So could be some sort of cross ramp?
NTM, was that said at the AGM?, re CEO, missed that bit if he did?
Actuallt Colin mentioned the sulphides plant may well be built closer to or in the pit, and could wirk concurrently with the present plant.
Interesting how other companies spin differently,

Intetesting request, so where should I send true investors? Sorry never got to say hi at the AGM.
