RE: A few Snippets from todays Note15 Apr 2026 14:26
Also worthy of note:
"As part of the PFS economic update, Strategic will look very carefully at the previously established production throughput – we concur. A throughput rate of 600kt per year and a mine life of 29 years is not the right approach for this new larger defined deposit, and we look forward to hearing Strategic’s thoughts on increasing its throughput and perhaps even doubling it from the 600kt/year used in the Scoping Study. The PFS will also look at further refinements including in metallurgy, mine and processing design, options for processing, all aimed at providing further potential uplifts and project optimisations. The PFS as we see it is fully funded from the £8.7m raised in January and March this year and we expect further government or council grants may be available to help. "
Particularly, strong possibility of grant finance???
Furthermore;"
"Cornwall Council view mining as a growth industry, providing strong support for exploration and the UK Government have designated Cornwall a High Priority Opportunity area for Critical Minerals and Mining. We understand the local council, Callington, has a “mine” in its long-term growth plan already.
Always things to keep in mind when considering the rate of progress and possible timeframes to production. This BoD are getting things done ( with help when needed)>
