I was hoping for a rns today

After the covid stocks and losing there dramatically I would never of thought I and we all would be in this situation from Russia and Ukraine from out own government again
I have now totally lost the plot and won’t be investing again as nothing is safe at all not even a huge company like Evraz
I had over 50k invested here for my retirement that seems to get worse each month as it goes on
I hope all are well and invest wisely
